I ordered online for pick up, got home and ate a couple pieces from the bag, realized I was getting a lot of icing on my pieces, pull the whole thing out and it’s a pound of icing, I’ve been eating these my entire life and I’ve never seen nothing like this, it’s so much icing it looks like an icecream sandwich, idk what the workers were thinking when they made this but this is definitely food waste on their behalf & extremely excessive for a customer to be expected to consume.

I went to pick up my cookie at the designated time but when I arrived I had to wait less than 10 minutes. Someone who appeared to be an owner or manager noticed I was waiting and gave me a $10 coupon off my next order!

The cookie cake was not ready when I had set for pickup time. I ordered days in advance. The worker loudly made excuses about being backed up, no icing and only decorated that works. Would have been taken better if she just simply apologized and got to work fixing cake.
