We did the tour on Saturday morning. The guide, Josh was great. Some of the members of our group knew a lot about whiskey, some knew a little, and we all learned a lot. The guided whiskey tasting at the end was perfect. We liked the gift shop/retail area. The only thing that would’ve been nice is some more smaller souvenirs to take home.

Great place, try some whiskey and aged whiskey bourbon. People really friendly and nice here and they take care of you. Explain everything by the time you get to the fourth bottle which is 117th proof you’re nicely buzzed. Don’t forget to go to the gift shop check out the little museum and if you can do the tour, I recommend ……,Which we came late. Once you go to the main gates drive straight to the back and that’s where you can find everything, great taste and whiskey.

Took a day trip to Owensboro, and experienced the barrel tour with Nate. Even though we were the only participants, Nate gave us the full tour and I'm sure we got lots of special stories and tips. Great spirits and grounds. Really glad we made this trip. Thanks, Nate!

Our tour guide, Nate, was very knowledgeable about the history of the Distillery and explained the process of how boubon was made. Nate really made the tour fun!!

We had a fantastic time on this tour. It was first class and our guide/host Josh, was absolutely phenomenal. Very informative, we really enjoyed going into the Rick house and experiencing the spirits right from the barrel. This truly was a memorable experience and we look forward to returning.

Green River Distillery knows how to show you a good time. The campus is so well constructed and beautiful, you almost forget it’s built around barrels of spirits. The cocktails? Let’s just say they went down a little too easy: I had no regrets, only refills!

Hannah, our tour guide, was an absolute gem. She had the kind of energy that makes you feel like you’ve known her for years—or at least since your second bourbon sample. Her humor, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm made the tour feel less like a formal walk-through and more like a spontaneous adventure led by your hilarious bestie who just happens to know everything about bourbon and where they hide it.

The whole experience felt like we didn’t just visit a distillery. We were in a place of good vibes, great drinks, and great company. I can’t wait to attend the other events they host here!

Very nice place and staff. We stopped in on a Saturday for tasting. Great prices. Very clean and informative. We didn't get to tour but feel like it would be worth it.

Take the time to drive out to Owensboro to visit Green River Distilling. The staff is great. The property is very cool and historic. Our guide, Nate, was super informative and very entertaining.

The tour was informative and fun. The employees were quite welcoming and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Name tags for your group and take home items were a nice touch. Our guide Hannah was very personable and quite knowledgeable.

Josh was very knowledgeable and thorough in the Sit and Sip tour. He is a nice fellow, and you get lots of souvenir items, too.
