Every time I have breakfast here the food quality is good and consistent - at other Hardee's locations I've noticed that food sometimes is cold or doesn't taste as good. I'm rating service as 3 stars because the drive through has been taken over by robots! Hire real people to take orders.

The drive thru is AI. I don't like that at all. We waited 20 minutes after we paid at window behind 3 other cars parked in the line for our order. And it was basically smashed in bag.

Went in the other day to find that your order is taken by AI now instead of an actual person. You want my money but can't interact with me to get it. That seems a little impersonal and disconnected from the customer to me. Then I get to the window and had forgotten to order a drink. I was told I had to go all the way back around and order at the speaker. There was nobody in line behind me. There was no reason the order couldn't be fixed at the window.
