I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is pleasant, the place is always clean, the food is always made correctly & comes out in a timely manner.

What you expect from an IHOP. Solid food, friendly service. It appeared that the servers were very understaffed - but they were slaying it and the wait time still was fine. The restaurant itself was a little dirty (like, dust and dirt sticking to walls and pictures), but the food surfaces all seemed clean. Tables were being disinfected between each diner, which I definitely appreciated, since if the servers and bussers are cleaning their sections well, that likely translates to BOH as well.

Me and my husband haven't eaten at IHOP in years, we decided this morning to go and have some. We arrived and all of the booths and tables we could see were dirty and needed cleaned off. The manager was working diligently to get them cleaned off. We got seated in a timely manner. Our waiter sat us took our drink order and we waited 20 minutes for drinks, the manager came back took our drink order...again and our food order. Our waiter at this time is no where to be seen. It took 45 minutes just to get our food and all this time we still were waiting for a refill on our drinks. We had to eat our meal with no drink to wash it down. Towards the end our meal our waiter re-appeard checking on us and asking about leaving HER gratuity. It might be another 5-8 years before we return to IHOP again. Food was great.... service on the other hand needs some serious help.

We traveled a lot and ate at IHops. This was the worst ever,poor service ,dirty bathrooms Server James did not follow up or make sure the order was correct. No butter on toast or pancakes and gravy for biscuits we received a half portion Breakfast for two of our party was cold The wait for food was too long. People seated after us were receiving thier orders We won't be back to this place

Food took to long to get to us. After 25 minutes of waiting they came and said they were out of gravy for the biscuits and gravy. Bananas on French toast were black and old, hash browns were way over cooked like a hockey puck.

I went to this Ihop with my family after a long road trip. We are from Missouri and most of our Ihops are ok, but this particular Ihop was great. Service was great, food was good, and it was a very pleasant experience. Our server Katie was great, as was all of the other staff we interacted with.
Definitely thought they would improve after the first time I was here, however, the food still takes an hour to serve. This happened TWICE. the first time I came my pancake was bitter, and this time they got my order wrong. Dont go to this place loterally should he closed down.

Back again this past Saturday. Food was delicious once again! We had Jaylee as our server and hostess and she was absolutely phenomenal! She was not only friendly and courteous and helpful with our table, but I watched her handle some other tables that were not so nice to her and she was so professional! She is truly an amazing employee!
Walked in to practically empty restaurant (2 vehicles in the parking lot), waited forever for someone to acknowledge us standing where it was marked to "wait be seated". One employee walked past us a couple times and never even acknowledged us, andd another sitting down in a booth playing on their phone. We were finally seated, ordered and our food came out looking like we ordered them off the children's menu. We recieved our bill, which the waitress was very prompt to giving us and getting us out the door. This was probably the worst experience we've had an IHOP. Very disappointing.
