Ryan was polite and waited on us even though he had several tables he was always walking around table to table making sure we had everything and the food was good he was always on top of everything very good service and food very highly recommend coming and having Ryan as your server

Disgusting and unprofessional. Never again.
My family and I have been going to this IHOP every Sunday — we’re regulars, and the staff knows us well. Today, while waiting for our food, I found a human nail (fingernail or toenail) floating in my Mountain Dew. I have photos to prove it. That is absolutely revolting and completely unacceptable.
When I said out loud, “Is that a toenail in my drink?” one of the employees sitting in the nearby break area actually laughed out loud and looked straight at us. Later, when my father-in-law informed the waitress about the nail, she was visibly trying not to laugh, then walked to the back where I could hear them joking and laughing about it. When she returned, she still had a smile on her face like the whole thing was funny.
The manager came out and offered to comp my meal only. Not the table, not a real apology — just mine. Like that fixes finding someone’s nail in my drink? No thanks.
To make matters worse, they tried to serve my less-than-two-year-old daughter a rotten grape. If they’re willing to serve visibly spoiled fruit to a toddler, who knows how much other rotten food they’re passing off as “fresh.”
And the service was just as bad. My father-in-law, who’s had a heart attack and needs his food made a certain way, was rudely cut off by our waitress when he tried to order his usual water with lemon — she said, “I already knew.”
We’ve supported this place week after week, but this was the last straw. The food is unsafe, the staff is unprofessional, and the management clearly doesn’t care. I’ll never set foot in this IHOP again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else risk it either.

Jasmine was the best waitress ever!! Tomorrow is her last day at IHOP! She will be at Cheddar's starting next week go there and tip her good!!

Awful…. Slow service…. Brought out chocolate chip pancakes while I ordered regular…. Had to walk to kitchen to get butter…. Coffee was bad, I wanted regular and got a pot of decaf…. Gave up on waiting and paid at front desk…. Won’t do that again

They had many staff, but it seemed like only one of them was working. Service to get food was very very slow.
Waited for 2 hours and no food. We were watching as individuals that came in after us, eating and leaving. We continuously had to ask the staff about our food and for refills for our drinks. And one of the staff even asked us if we were leaving. I will not be going back to the IHOP location in Owensboro, KY.
