They deserve a star because they did get my order out to me a few minutes before the scheduled time, but that’s probably because they did not properly cook my food. My wings were grossly undercooked to the point the one I tried I threw out and the rest I brought home and threw in the air fryer and let someone else eat them because I was so grossed out from the one I had tried already. The wings were supposed to be buffalo wings and they should have some sort of flavor and spice but these had absolutely none. Zilch. Nada. No flavor. Well the meal advertises that it comes with ranch dressing and guess what? I didn’t get that either. So that means I got taken advantage of for my money because not only was my meal terrible, but I didn’t get my entire meal that I paid for either. So I paid $13 plus 20% tip for a undercooked, unseasoned, incomplete meal that I had to come home and throw in my air fryer to and cook myself, add my own Franks Hot Sauce, and pour my own ranch dressing. In all reality if I had known it was Chili’s I was ordering from I wouldn’t have ordered at all because I wouldn’t have wanted microwaved wings, but the name of the place made me think it was a new restaurant and I wanted to try it. Boy do I regret that, especially when there is a Buffalo Wild Wings around the corner. At least I would have ate my dinner because I gave this one to someone else because I was so grossed out from the very first wing. Do not recommend at all.
