Jamaican Yard Vibez had their food truck at the Henderson Dust Bowl. I never had Jamaican food before but the oxtail with Mac and cheese and candy yams was beyond good, it was absolutely amazing. The portions are perfect, the meat was so tender you could cut it with a plastic spoon. The lady who took my order was super sweet, and the cook was amazing. They aren't local but I would definitely drive to owensboro to eat here.
I can never get enough of the nice customer service and great food. I need to make a monthly or biweekly visit here .

Had the oxtail dinner combo with red beans and rice and festivals. Food was amazing. Dude at the counter was cool. And it came out fast. They were out a patties but not going to hold this against them.
My favorite food in the whole world is jerk chicken. This was the best jerk chicken I have ever had. The employee who rang me up, already had my food packed up, was insanely nice, and super fast at his job!! I was in and out in less than one minute. This is such a great spot!!!!!
