If you go through the drive through the 💯 will get your order wrong EVERY TIME. They really need to pay attention to what people order. It's a shame because Jimmy John's has good sandwiches.

The server was rude Google is okay but they got most of the orders wrong and added mayonnaise when we asked for no mayonnaise on of the sandwiches I would not recommend a lot of them are vaping to so I've never go here again

Never really have any complaints about this chain in particular. Even more so with the typical disappointment with food in this region.
I guess my ONLY disappointment with this franchise is that they won't put yellow mustard on your sandwiches. They just give you packets.

Tried to eat there two days in a row. First day the store closed early, so we were out of luck. We went the next day, only 30 minutes before close. The shop was clean and well taken care of. We both ordered the largest roast beef sandwich and wanted it toasted. Thats the word that turned the sandwich culinary specialist over to tell us that they already turned off the ovens. I don't know their rules or procedures, but when a sandwich is that expensive, I expect to be able to have some say as to its construction, even when it's close to closing time. Being open is a lot different than just the door being unlocked.Richard Jourdain
