Went in January 25th and stood in line behind 1 customer which took 10 minutes, then finally got to the counter and waited 10 more minutes and never spoke to a single soul.Not a single employee said a word to us.Never going back.Worst KFC ever.Where is the owner of this establishment?How can they just let this stuff slide?Reading the other reviews shows an ongoing problem.

If I could I would give this a zero, the workers are careless and rude!! I didn’t get any of my condiments, I didn’t get a piece of chicken that was supposed to come with my big box meal!! I called to see if we could make this right, and told them I ordered through the app and they couldn’t comprehend that I didn’t order through DoorDash and OFF THEIR APP!! Ridiculous bad service from the beginning when they were more worried about a worker getting his food to clock out before making sure my order was right I get we all have to eat but atleast give me my whole meal that I paid for!!

The person that took our order was extremely nice. Food was hot and delivered to our table within 5 minutes.

Ordered on line, 6 pieces of chicken, biscuits, corn, slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy deal, what I got was 6 pieces of chicken , 4 biscuits, 2 orders of fries, that's all! Worst meal ever I got to the window and they couldn't find my order, asked me if I ordered a potpie??? I said no, they said somebody got my order. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

My entire order was wrong. Including no biscuits. What we did actually get was old and gross. When I called the store, the manager who said she filled the order herself actually hung up on me. Not even an apology.

MY food was horrible and uncooked when I called back the lady was rude and suggested I call door dash.Door dash didn't prepare my food and I am very very pissed about the $38 I spent
