The meatloaf, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and potatoe salad were definitely delicious. It was a good size portion and worth the price. The service was excellent and staff were friendly. I walked in and ordered and it didnt hardly take no time to receive my order.

Great people, great cooks, food is amazing at an affordable price. Honestly I love Kim's dinner when it comes to a good burger better than anywhere else in Owensboro. The fish looked amazing and I can't wait to go in on a Friday night to try it. Plus there burger week burger was sold out most of burger week but they make me one every time I go in there. I don't know if it's on the menu now or not I just know they made it for me when I asked and it was amazing. I'm a bigger guy and a single will fill me up. Got the double once and it was so big I came home and ate it with a fork🤣😂 they are amazing people who remind me of the small town I am from with great food. I would 100% recommend anyone who has not eaten there to go try it out.

The burger was a unique flavor that did not meet my expectation. I have a taste for beef with simple salt and pepper, and the patty on this burger was exotic. It was still well prepared, and the wedges are phenomenal. It's like getting a Guinness when you wanted a Busch Lite.

Heard so much how good the fried catfish was, being one of my favorite things, just had to try, well let me tell you now, was the best I have eaten in awhile, large filets, seasoned to perfection, nice golden crust, tender fluffy fish, was so delicious, will definitely be ordering this again
It took almost an hour to get a burger and a breakfast the burger was cold because the fry cook forgot the tots everything was extremely greasy I will not be returning

My husband has been working in Owensboro for almost a year, we love the local diners, this one not so much....while the food was good, the service absolutely was horrible. I am not sure if it's because we were not regulars or just plain rude staff, but the waitress was refilling coffee and walked by me twice never offering to refill mine, I ordered a pancake and had to ask for butter and syrup, they brought it with an attitude and finally refilled my coffee after I asked them too, I usually tip 50% of the bill in small establishments but they got exactly 20%.... If you are not locally I would stay away from here, go to Dee's or Delores Cafe, both great food and wonderful service, just wanted to try here because the reviews were great!
