I went this morning with my wife and 3 kids to get a couple dozen doughnuts and they charged me for each individual doughnut instead of by the dozen after I said I wanted it by the dozen multiple times I think I'll just stick with rolling pin $50 for doughnuts just isn't worth it to me when there is a lot cheaper options for doughnuts that are mediocre
The employees are always willing to help me out. I love my cakes that I order from there. They are always so fresh and delicious. keep up the work girls.
Went in there today to ask about a cake. I was asking for something extremely simple and the lady behind the counter was beyond rude about it. She absolutely refused to help me with the design I was wanting for a small cake or to even offer suggestions on how to do something similar. I was extremely disappointed in the service. I go there a lot because I love their donuts but I ended up going to a corporate company which sucks because I’d rather support a smaller local chain....read full review
