Great donuts but frequently they do not open the store at 5:00am for a variety of reasons. The drive through is always open at the prescribed times but I like to go in and see what I am selecting for donuts.

I love this bakery! I stop by every day! The cakes and donuts never fail me! Sometimes i don’t even want anything, i just need some “good old southern hospitality” 😆. The ladies in there sure are the sweetest people Ive ever met. It is very much a “treat others how you wish to be treated” kind of place. If you come in with an attitude, you receive one! I’ve read through these reviews and disagree with the negative sentiment of service! Begs the question of how the unhappy customer had treated the staff member. I’d say the only complaint I have about the store would be the danishes in the front case. They’re very hard and seem like day-olds some days. Wish they’d replace them more frequently. Other than that, this place and the ladies that work in it are absolute perfection.

This is my first time in this bakery! It was a friendly atmosphere. The ladies there were nice and the long John’s were really good. The price paid was reasonable also. I’ll definitely come back in future if I’m in the area!

It's too hot to sleep. It's 3:30 a.m. Go get a fresh donut from the friendly staff at your local bakery. As it turns out there is a cure for the summertime blues.

The best and I mean the best bakery around. Please Koehler's don't change a thing
They made a delicious cake for my son's college graduation! They have wonderful donuts, too!
Worst apple fritters and stale long John's. Manager is rude and disrespectful

I went this morning with my wife and 3 kids to get a couple dozen doughnuts and they charged me for each individual doughnut instead of by the dozen after I said I wanted it by the dozen multiple times I think I'll just stick with rolling pin $50 for doughnuts just isn't worth it to me when there is a lot cheaper options for doughnuts that are mediocre
They ruined my daughters birthday cake and forgot to make the cupcakes then refused to refund the money unless I left the cake they ruined with them. I had to take the cake so that i would have something for her party I ordered 2 weeks in advance!
I've been going in and making a big order once a week for several months. We just moved back here a couple years ago and I remembered I used to like them.
I was there last week and the lady who waited on me seemed super distracted. I had to repeat my order several times. When I got home I realized she had forgotten to put two jelly donuts in my bags. (Sidenote: they won't give me a box even when I order a dozen and everything gets mashed together). It had been busy, so I didn't bother calling and certainly wasn't going to drive all the way back for them. It wasn't a big deal.
So I went back this morning and casually mentioned it when I came in, since I was the only person there. The same frazzled lady got really snappy and I had to ask if she was mad at me. Like, who needs attitude first thing? Not me! I wasn't MAD about the jelly donuts. Whatever. Someone else rang me up and I asked if she charged me for them this time, and the bitchy one said, "Yes, because I waited on you last week and you didn't call or come in about it."
Okay, cool. You won't make it right? I've spent hundreds of dollars there and you're assuming I'm trying to rip you off? Have it your way! There are TONS of other bakeries.
But for fun, let's do the math, since I'll never spend another dime there:
Minimum $25 a week is $100 a month. $1200 a year. We don't plan on moving, so let's say 30 years. That's $36,000 they threw away over the cost of TWO donuts that she knew I paid for.
SMART! 😂
My dog recently had surgery and I came in wondering if they made anything for pups. The lady (clearly not sober at 9am)
Proceeds to tell me that giving my dog chocolate is a myth. Is she out of her mind? If the Koehler's see this.. I have never been soo disappointed in a locally owned business to allow this type of negligence. I didn't come in to get your asinine opinion. ( which was absolutely off the rail) 9am Friday Oct 25th.
Terrible.
The employees are always willing to help me out. I love my cakes that I order from there. They are always so fresh and delicious. keep up the work girls.
