The person who did my pickup order grabbed moldy raspberries and thought it would be okay. I wonder if they would have picked these for themselves. I won’t be back to this Kroger.

This store has mouse dropping on shelves, live mice running through the store and merchandise that's been chewed by mice. I'm sure the smell in certain spots is from the mice and dead mice. It is NOT ok to continue to operate your store in this condition. They are selling product that has mouse feces and urine on it, that's absolutely disgusting and dangerous. Please get professional help and clean up the situation. I won't be shopping there anymore for sure. It's a health hazard.

What we ordered verses what we got. How disappointing! If they would have called and told us they couldn’t make the cake we would have ordered from somewhere else. It wasn’t even well made. The whole thing was a mess. I couldn’t believe they thought it would be ok to sell that mess. They made it right and refunded our money but still not impressed.

Employees need triple check and have another associate verify all items in a pick up order to make sure everything on the receipt makes it into the car. Very poor quality service Kroger. I'm done being ripped off.

If you’re gonna buy fruit don’t ever buy it from Kroger on Starlite Drive!!!! Got TWO bunches of strawberries & the first was all bruised & mushy & bitter, went to get these this morning & BOOM

My daughter wanted to spread some joy for her 8th birthday. Kroger welcomed us and allowed us to bring 10 giggly girls through the store handing out joy treats bags to their customers. Thank you for being so kind!
