I grew up in Southern California, lived in Philly from 1998 to 2013. ive had alot of Mexican food in the southwest and in Mexico - but this place is unique and my favorite I loved taqueria la Veracruzana, I miss the Mocaljete, and especially their cheese enchiladas which had this delicious spicy red sauce and what I think was a homemade queso fresco inside - everything at that place is good

We dropped in and tried their tacos for dinner, 10/10! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the store is neat. The parking lot is pretty small and a little tricky, but overall a really great local spot.

I absolutely love this store, whenever I’m looking for something specific from Mexico or other Latin American countries I know that I can get it here. Their meat counter is exceptional. They marinate the meat in these wonderful marinades, and it just makes for great grilling and tacos later. It’s just a very well-stocked store, and if you can get there whenever they have the Chicharrón‘s that are fresh. OMG! That is where it is at. So if you’re looking for some supplies to make your next cookout or home-cooked meal, this is definitely the location.
