The young man that waited on me unknowingly made my day. When I told him he made my day he asked how. I told him that I was having a bad day. While I was waiting for my food he told one of his coworkers that he put his big boy panties on that day and I hadn't heard that for a long time and thanked for making my day better. Customer service was great but my biscuit was doughy in the middle they needed to put them back in the oven for at least another 3 to 5 minutes
Food is good, but expensive. Staff was slow and not helpful. I placed an order over the phone to pick up later, but when I arrived, the order was not even put in the system yet, and I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for it.

Miss having one in Henderson. I drive to Owensboro several times a year for it. It's a childhood favorite. No one does livers and gizzards like them. The chicken is a top 2 favorite for me.
