First thing I noticed was how kinda gross the place was. Trash on the floors/tables. Looks like no one had cleaned any part of the place. Left over food particals in the booths and floor. And the ice cream was okay, was hoping for something more since this place was well talked about.

What a great place!This is the 3rd place we went to for lunch today. The first two places didn’t even look at us when we came in. We just stood there, waiting for someone to notice us. When they didn’t, we left.So glad we found Lic’s. The girl at the counter was nice and pleasant. The menu was full of interesting choices at reasonable prices and the food was good.You have to drive a piece through town to get here but it is well worth the trip.Clean, cool, colorful.
