I always eat at other Little Caesar's and the pizza is always good, but at this one the pizza was burnt and only had pepperoni in the center. The rest of the pizza was empty, with no sauce, cheese, or pepperoni.

Ordered a specific pizza ( large, lite chz, double sauce, ham n green pepper) n bread sticks online. Was not only ready 28 minutes faster than predicted, but is now my favorite pizza, n place by far!

Let me just say 1 star is being overly generous. My family, friends and I will no longer be using the Starlight store( thanks mainly to the girl Alyssa whom I'm assuming was the "authority" that has absolutely NO customer service skills or even politeness. So our pizza was made incorrectly in it's entirety which I didn't n otice until I got all the way home. Now shame on me for not checking at the store but I don't don't usually have a problem. The first time I called back to the store, I was hung up on. The second call, I seem to be bothersome which I didn't understand. I wasn't being rude or any such nature. I believe in being kind regardless. Getting to the point, I was told to bring the wrong pizza back and they exchange for correct. It's been Eaton on already by kiddos some but now I'm like is this the norm? so when I asked Alyssa she was very rude about it.so now I'm like wait a minute, I ve been nice about situation but I ve had to drive all the way back with the old pizza just to get what was originally ordered without any tyype compensation? We bought Crazy Puffs when they first came out. Loved them. Bought a second time, still yummy. Our third time? Awful. Couldn't even eat them. Haven't bought them since.
I always get the Ultimate Deep-dish and I'm never disappointed. They're always ready in the time frame given.

I can't remember when I had to deal with a cashier as snotty and rude as the one, I had. I asked if they did a military discount. The LC in my area does. She said and I quote "I don't think we do". You don't "think" you do? Why don't you find out. She just stood there with her hand out for my money. I asked her name since I guess they are not required to wear name tags at that location. She said and again, a direct quote "I'm not allowed to give my name" WHAT?? Just a whole crock of crap. Terrible service start to finish. Go somewhere else for your food, I'm sure the service will be better (because it can't be any worse)
Pizza was burnt and tough as lether.
Their "scheduled delivery" doesn't work and is nothing but a pain and lots of pointless calls. You won't get your food when you advise the delivery driver that it was scheduled for another time. It was cancelled, on the phone at the store they said it's not and still scheduled for the desired delivery time, never arrived, called again, called customer service, ... nothing. Long story short: Unless you want your pizza asap, don't rely on a) getting your food, and b) talking to a competent, helpful person that will take care of your business!!! Ridiculous.
