The help was not very pleasant. The cashier handed me fifteen dollars too much in change. When i told her of her mistake and handed her back the excess change, she didn't thank me at all for my honesty but acted more like I had inconvenienced her. When I attempted to fill a cup with Dr. Pepper, it sprayed water and air and nothing else. I dumped it and moved to Pepsi and it dripped water from several different spots and tasted flat. When we got home with our meals the fries had not been separated during frying and had several large uncooked chunks partially fried together. The fish pieces were also undercooked. They were so undercooked that the interior breading was gooey and squeezed out and dripped on our plates. Two of the three pieces of fish had a strong foul odor. I will absolutely never eat here again.

They would not surve us because they were closing for a Christmas party at 8 tonight so they were not they was very rude to us they should not even get one star form me.
Whomever worked the drive thru on Tuesday, November 26th, at around 5 pm was an absolute sweetheart. She was so kind. Our order was also 💯 correct and everything was fresh. Good job.

The food was good except my drink and when my husband took it back in they asked him so what do you want me to do he said let me get another drink and then we made it home with the food to find out the didn’t have his fries so I called and asked to speak to the manager and she hesitate for a little bit and said I’m the manager, but he didn’t really want to speak with me and I told her I was home and was not getting back out just we have not been there for a long time and thought we would go there but definitely not to the One on Frederica again

It was not a good experience, just not what Long John’s used to be anymore. It’s overpriced way overpriced and never HOT! Or fresh! I miss the old LJS! I forgot to mention they took my food to the car/truck in front of me and they went through the food and said hey this is not our order. Then the staff member tried to hand me the order. What? Umm no not after someone else has had their hands in it. They said you will have to wait. Ok? And? They made the order over, only because I made them. The manager then came out and tried to explain what happened. I knew and saw what happened! So yeah.

After placing an order online long, John silvers had a fire and couldn’t do it. I’ve been back to the store and called numerous of times… It’s getting ridiculous and just thought you all should know can’t tell you about the food or the atmosphere because I haven’t gotten any food.! Even when the manager, Brian says he’s taking care of it. The managers on duty don’t seem to know what’s going on. Went in tonight to get my order and they blew me off as if I was trying to steal from them. Just want my money back at this point.

Don't understand why it took us 15 mins just to get someone to take our order the get parked for another 20 mins I mean this is the slowest restaurant ever and no body in the restaurant at all never come back again.

Can't grade food because I never got any. ALL the workers were in the kitchen laughing and talking and ignoring the dining area totally. Finally someone was told twice to go out front and she came out and asked what I needed. I told her my order and she acted like she couldn't understand. She said "now what about the fries?" At that point I said never mind it's obvious no one wants to work. I left without any food. POOR POOR SERVICE. Hire help that wants to work. All employees in the kitchen laughing loudly and talking and IGNORING the dining room is rude unacceptable behavior. LJS on Frederica St. Owensboro KY.

If I could have given this place zero stars I would have. I ordered 6 different things that they promptly threw in the same box. If I wanted one of the meals I would have order one. Instead I have to pick through everything and separate it myself. On top of that the woman that brought me my order wanted to argue with me instead of fixing it. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience over all. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.

I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but I am compelled to write this one to inform others.I was in the mood for Long John Silver’s and decided to dine with my 9-year-old son. We were passing through and not from this area.We heard an employee cursing loudly in the kitchen as we approached to place our order. Having worked in fast food myself, I initially overlooked it since the place was empty except for us.However, the same employee came to the front and continued speaking loudly and unprofessionally, even after noticing us. She never acknowledged our presence.My son and I stood there, hoping she would finish her conversation and take our order, but that never happened. Instead, she walked away and out of sight, continuing her unprofessional behavior without ever acknowledging us.We waited a moment, then realized we would only be served for a while despite being the only customers. We decided to leave and find another place to order food without the loud and unprofessional attitude.I run a business myself and understand the importance of customer service and professionalism. Had I been in charge, I would have fired this employee immediately.
