LongHorn Steakhouse

Went for dinner last minute and we were greeted at the door and served by a woman named Christina. She was more than helpful. So kind, so prompt, and didn't skip a beat. She was great. Just moved to Kentucky and this was my first time visiting the Longhorn here, and I can't tell you how impressed I was. Thanks again, and we will be back. 10/10 ask for her section!

I sat at the bar and it was dirty you could feel the leftover food the marble top. The floor had napkins leftover from a previous customer. It was awhile for the bartender to greet me. The place was not busy at all. She took my order and I never saw her again until when she bought my food and drink. I ordered the perfect margarita. It was watered down and had no flavor. I just wanted a loaded baked potato. The potato was partially hard and had very little toppings and was not warm.. My server never came back to check on me. She didn't return until she gave me the check. I had a choice between Ernesto and Long horn and I should have choose the local business Ernesto. I come from the fine dining food industry. Where customers are valued and great customer service is a must. I truly was not impressed by my baked potato or the service.

Food was just ok, my steak was cooked perfectly but the cut of meat just wasnt very good. Texas tunions were AMAZING. The restaurant was very dark, the lighting was not good for our large party, we couldn't see eachother down the table.

Just can’t get it right!! Wife orders a special salad and asks for NO FETA!! That works out about 50% of the time. When it comes out with feta and she tells them she said no feta…about 50% of those times, they try to scrape it off and bring it back with little pieces still on it. Today, I ordered filet med/rare and it came out med/well at best!! I cut into it and mashed down on both pieces with my fork and got ZERO juice. Used to be out favorite steakhouse in O-boro now we are done!!

A wonderful birthday with my family was celebrated today at Longhorn Steakhouse in Owensboro, Ky. The food, and service was impeccable. The server, (unfortunately I cannot recall her name) was right on top of everything we needed and Charlie, the Manager was attentive and accommodating when we had a good allergy. We couldn’t ask for better service or food anywhere. They worked hard to make my birthday a memorable experience and very happy occasion for all of us from ages 4 to 86. Sincere thanks for making this birthday so special.

Ordered my steak medium, came out well done. It was tough as hell. Our bill was $136.41 I tipped the waitress $20 cash paid bill with my cash app card, the next day my card was charged an extra $10 tip....
