Unquestionably the single most disgusting experience I've had. The French fry fella was vigorously rubbing his nose and his backside with no protection on his hands whatsoever. This is french fries fell all over his hands. I had to intervene and ask that somebody else handled my food. This place certainly appears to be a health hazard.

Great customer service, especially from the manager there on 2/27 in the evening. They had mopped the floors in an area and my son slipped and fell while I was carrying drinks. More my fault than theirs probably for taking that route to the drink machines. The manager came out immediately to help my 3 year old up, then gave both our kid's ice cream and a smoothie. Accidents happen, and she did everything right and went above and beyond for our family. Thanks.

I would love to know how I get literally 3 sips (not drinks) 3 sips of my coffee & the rest is literally packed tight with ice. Canât even drink it. Waste of money & honestly waste of time at that point.

I ordered a bacon cheese McGriddle and they gave me a McGriddle with sausage, egg and bacon with no cheese.
I hate the automated self serve crap and having to wait at the counter hoping someone comes over to wait on me.

Will tamper with your food. Associates have "forgotten" my food and made me wait to antagonize me. I was told that the grill needed to be shut down and cleaned.. during lunch hour AKA the busiest time of the day. Associate tried to make me come inside so they could video tape me and post me to social media. I have severe memory loss and can't remember events that happen to me. The associates know this and take advantage of this. Please understand this is NOT just an isolated incident and it certainly has happened to many people that come here. NEVER RETURNING. One person specifically is a 30's white man with tattoos visible with short sleeve. Had beard. He answered the phone when I had to eventually call in from the delivery spot to ask about my food. so most likely a manager or owner. McEnaney Family McDonald's

Got here 5 minutes before breakfast ended, placed my order, waited in line at the drive thru for quite some time. Finally got to the first window only for them to tell me they cannot make my order bc it is now lunch. But I had ordered BEFORE the switch & nobody ever told me they wouldnât be able to make the food. I work in the food industry & it doesnât matter if itâs a minute before the switch. If that order is placed, we have to make it. Will not be back here. The lady at the window was also very rude. No thanks.
