The service was not okay. They didn’t get me my cups for drinks that they charged me for and me and another lady sat there for 5 minutes waiting for service while half the crew hung out in the back. However the food was good I mean who doesn’t love

Everytime we order from here, there is either something wrong with the order or something missing. I ordered the double big Mac and about a third of the way through it, out comes this long, thick black hair! Way to go McDonald's! ? ? You're ice cream machine is always "out of order!" Y'all suck! We will stick with other and way better burger joints from now on! Dueces! ✌️

My preteen daughter received an offer via the app for her birthday. She accidentally ordered for this store instead of the one close to home. She was a bit embarrassed by her (honest) mistake, but the front counter person made her feel special. She even put a "surprise" I the bag after finding out today was my daughter's birthday...much to the delight and excitement of my daughter. Absolutely FABULOUS customer service by this worker!!!! It's easy to find all the things that are not up to expectations, but we should also celebrate moments like these...Thank You to that worker!!!Kid-friendliness: See above

Went to get something before a thing for my kids school. They weren't in any hurry to take my order. Sat there for quite a while while the girl sat playing on her phone (saw this as I drove off). Frustrating this happens so regularly at this location. They can't ever get someone in and out quick like it used to be. You're lucky these days to get your food within 10 minutes of ordering at this location. They mask it by parking everyone or pulling them up to the window. Nothing ever changes either. The service and food quality across the board has deteriorated so now there really is no reason to go to McD's again.

They always close the drive thru super early. I’ll stop by there cause the lights are on and McDonald’s sounds good and then it never fails as soon as I go into the drive thru they say on the speaker that they’re doing door dashes only. That’s like 10pm and later when I thought the drive thru was supposed to be till 1. Why should lazy people ordering door dash be rewarded while the people out and about can’t get anything. Either close at 10 or stop saying door dash only. It’s really turned me away from getting McDonald’s anymore.
Your Store have good there. Your service is whole lot better then Burger King.

Since I found out you can custom order your food, it's been even better. I love getting a cheeseburger and turning it into a bacon cheeseburger thru the garden! Makes good food even betterWheelchair accessibility: I'm in a power chair and it's pretty easy to get in and out of the building.

Bought two fish sandwiches and asked for hot fries. They brought the sandwiches but no fries. Knocked on the window and asked for my fries. Took about 4 minutes so I asked for the manager. Manager gave me the deer in the headlights look when I complained. She said well we gave you double fries. Great hot fries and cold fish. This experience sucked. I guess that’s why I only stop here every few months.
