Showed up at 850 AM.. saw people going in... got my child out of vehicle.. walked to door and both doors were locked... all while there were other customers still inside business.. customers should not be locked in restaurant

People are hateful and they dont listen to what you tell them. There was one occasion where they found feces in the chicken nuggets. I ordered soft biscuits and they gave me some that were hard a rocks. I think they did it on purpose. Then I almost got into a fist fight to be able to get out of the parking lot.

I ordered a 6 piece nugget, bbq sauce and a large fry. I asked for one more bbq and they told me I had to pay for it which would be fine, but then I let and I opened my chicken nuggets and there were only 4 nuggets in the box. Also my fries were under filled.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. They've taken all the play places out. Trying to be something they're not.

Don’t not come here for dine in! No longer any way to refill your drinks unless you wait in line all over again just to be ignored at the counter. They removed the drink station. I waited in line to pay at the counter for 7 minutes before someone acknowledged me. They were out of small cups forcing you to either go without or pay more. The food was not much better than the service. I will never be back to this McDonald’s. Fries lukewarm warm. Owensboro McDonalds actually got worse after they changed ownership
