I ordered a 6 piece nugget, bbq sauce and a large fry. I asked for one more bbq and they told me I had to pay for it which would be fine, but then I let and I opened my chicken nuggets and there were only 4 nuggets in the box. Also my fries were under filled.

Don’t not come here for dine in! No longer any way to refill your drinks unless you wait in line all over again just to be ignored at the counter. They removed the drink station. I waited in line to pay at the counter for 7 minutes before someone acknowledged me. They were out of small cups forcing you to either go without or pay more. The food was not much better than the service. I will never be back to this McDonald’s. Fries lukewarm warm. Owensboro McDonalds actually got worse after they changed ownership
This is by far the worst experience ever at McDonalds. We spent over $23 for for that had a hair in it the McGriddle had less than half of a slice of bacon the orange juice had zero flavor. When I asked if the could replace the biscuit and gravy that had a hair in it. I was told they would not replace it but I could get one one the next visit they would take my name. Number one I will never go back there and number 2 I have never given a review like this. That had to have been the worst of the worst. They couldn't even find our order at first that I done on the Kiosk in the store where I also pd for the food. Horrible!!!!!!
