I did not receive good service at this location. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese no. Pickle add mayonnaise and tomatoes. Got one tomato It was a combo meal when I got the french fries out. The french fries were only half full. Also ordered double cheeseburger. No pickle. Went up to the condiment counter to get ketchup in both spickets were empty. I told three different employees including the manager that the spigots were empty, and no one went to fill them up! They handed me three ketchup packets and said have a nice day! It might be me but it seems like McDonald's customer service is on the decline? I wish my experience would have been better and my food would have been better!

I was kicked out of drive thru service this evening by a manager named Marcus. Very rude! I was refused service. He precede to tell me how they order coke from coke cola and how the little red truck brings it to them. He also ask me if I ever worked at McDonald’s that I didn’t understand how their operations work. He threatened to call the cops on me and told me I was on camera. All I told him was that I never had seen a McDonald’s like this one. I ask him to just give me my food he told me no to leave the drive thru. So I said you are refusing me service he said yes to leave. So I left and went to Arby’s’s and got much better service.
