Twice I've ordered online. Arrived on time to pick up my order. Order wasn't even started and had to wait an additional half hour to get my order. This is a REAL problem if you have children with you. This location has GOT to do better.

Terrible service was on sidewalk and got forgot about. Not to mention my grandson went in asked them to call the police because people were chasing him and they kicked him out he had to run to the creme.
Overpriced and service was not good !!! Two hours just for two pizzas and a burger on a Sunday night.

I would rate lower but they do not have negative stars. Had a 6 pm reservation for a party of 15. Arrived a bit early but an hr later still not seated. Asked the hostess how much longer since they had seated 2 other large parties that had reservations after ours. Was told as soon as the group of 4 finished since they were seated in the middle of the tables the manger was going seat us in. Asked to speak with him and his excuse was the same and that the hostess' weren't allowed to change his seating schedule. Offered free appetizers. Said it wouldn't be fair to have one of the other parties that had been seated to move. We didn't ask him to do that. We asked to be seated but All he'd say was were waiting on the group to finish. His hostess staff should have asked him what to do b4 seating the other 2 parties. Needless to say we left and ate at Fetta Specialty Pizza & Spirits that was a block away. We're were seated immediately at Fetta all together even tho they were quiet full and busy with to go orders. They had awesome pizza, staff, and most importantly great customer service. OUR GROUP WILL NEVER EAT AT MELLOW MUSHROOM IN OWENSBORO, KY AGAIN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

my sister had a 6 pm reservation for around 15-20 and they got there around 5:30 and waiting a full hour to be seated. several other big parties came in and was seated before them. when my mother and sister tried talking to the manager all he offered was free appetizers and seats when they became available. nothing else was done beside a half explanation. horrible accountability
