Each build your own pie starts with the classic Mellow pizza crust, red sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Select ingredients to build your own pie. Ingredients can be added to the whole pie or just one-half of the pie. Thin crust, gluten-free crust (available for small pies only) and vegan cheese also available.

Oven-Roasted Wings

Double-baked for a crispy and flavorful wing without the use of a fryer or added oils. Hand-tossed in your choice of sauce: hot, mild, sweet Thai chili or naked. Served with celery, carrots and your choice of ranch or bleu cheese dressing.

It's good. I enjoy it, but dang it's expensive. My wife and I drank water, had a small 10" pizza each, and some pretzels and cheese appetizer. The bill was $42 after tax and a reasonable tip. A bit too much for me. I wanted a beer, but not for $8....

Stopped by for dinner and ordered the magic mushroom soup to start and ordered a small pizza (the one that comes with honey), I replaced the red peppers with mushrooms and the flavors were perfect! Pizza was cooked to perfection. Staff was very kind and attentive. Awesome food! If you’re in the area, stop by for pizza, it won’t disappoint. They also have other items of interest. The crust on a pizza is the cheapest ingredient, and many restaurants have made their crust bigger and thicker with less of the toppings that make a pizza, and Mellow Mushroom is no different. The crust was ok, and the toppings were delicious but you can tell by quantity that instead of raising prices, they shutter the ingredients. The prices were still higher than what we're used to and they forgot two salads. In conclusion, too much crust, not enough toppings.
