MOD Pizza

The employees were rude and ignored us when trying to order and touched one of the pizzas with bare hands

Went at 11, they didn’t have any dough ready. Ordered a mini, they made me a mod and charged me for it without telling me. Every employee just seemed annoyed, and they half assed everything I’ve worked in a pizza place like that before I understand how things happen and you can be unprepared, but not communicating that with a customer is the problem I have. If she would’ve just told me hey we don’t have any minis ready right now is a mod okay?, I would’ve been okay with it and paying for it. I’m paying for it, I want what I ordered. Im glad the Evansville store is much better because if I lived here that one experience made me not want to go back.

I am not sure if they changed the dough or what. We had a long wait and it tasted like they put the pizza toppings on a cracker.

Manager has failed to properly train the staff or properly staff for a Saturday. The team seems so confused that people want pizza.

Best pizza in owensboro

The two guys working on April 8th clearly don’t value their jobs. The kid up front was slower than Christmas and couldn’t answer a single question for the lady in front of me. Other guy that was working couldn’t give a crap about anything other than his cell phone. It didn’t take me long to turn around and walk out without ordering. Crappy service, crappy food and with all the l rainbow trash this business supports you can guarantee I’ll never be back. 0 stars

Took a high school group to Mods for lunch today. The workers were quick to get their food and never complained!

Would be great if you actually received what you ordered. 9/10 times it will be wrong.

Service was fine. Pizza was yuck. The mozzarella cheese is just a weird gooey yucky tasteless something that chews and feels funny in the mouth. Vegetables were fine but could not get past the cheese. We pitched both of our 11" thins due to that.
