We live in Madisonville &’ came to Owensboro for the ILLUMINATE show so we decided we to try this place out because we’ve heard good things. I would just like to say for me personally our experience was a 1000/10! The food(best Mac &’ Cheese &’ Turkey &’ Dressing), staff, &’ atmosphere all together was top tier! Absolutely recommend &’ will be back in the future! Applause to you all &’ God Bless♥️

Heard nothing but good things about this place so we had to see for ourselves. I was not impressed in any way. The meat was dry. Everything needed a ton of salt and pepper. The decor was absolutely depressing and it was very dimly lit. I had a fully loaded plate and didn't eat most of it. Paid for the buffet and never went back up after my first uneaten plate.
Only thing good was vegetables and salad , small selection of cheap desserts and none of the meat including the bar b q was good, I've had way better (way better) at Mom and Pop places, will never go back, very expensive and very disappointed

Food is amazing! Absolutely my favorite BBQ restaurant and best buffet selection (everything is absolutely delicious, stuffing is to die for) I’ve been around. We don’t live close, a few hours out, but it’s the biggest treat when we get the time to go. Ignore the comments saying, “worst ribs I’ve ever had.” and “horrible service” I have never had bad service here and am a rib connoisseur, so come on!

We loved the food. The waitress was a bit slow. We never received a refill on drinks. The people sitting beside us were a bit rude. They were loud, cussing as they spoke. I had a young child with me. I asked if we could move and we were told that we already got our food and they were busy and we needed to stay where we were. We left because of that, only went to buffet once and left. Did not get money's worth. My child hears cussing a lot, but the vulgar words they were saying at the table beside us were sexual and inappropriate, even for some adults. I am assuming we were a table of 3 and they were a table of 8. So I am sure they wanted to keep table of 8 since their bill was going to be a lot more than ours. I dont know why we were treated that way.

My husband and I stopped by here to eat while visiting Owensboro. The food was great. We loved the brisket. The dessert bar was incredible. The restaurant is huge and all the staff was so friendly.
