O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Summer was our server. She was amazing. Always checking on us to see if we needed anything and asking if our food was cooked right. My steak was cooked exactly the way I ordered and barely any fat. The sides were large portions. I had to order the caramel pie. Oh my gosh! It is covered with whipped cream, a few chocolate chips and some pecans. If you like caramel I highly recommend it. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this meal. I will be back.

Been here a few times this was the worst my daughter got the club sandwich and the toast was burnt i got was supposed to be a country style steak but it was a burnt hamburger never again

The food was great, my wife and I eat here a enough to know it's normally good all around. The Service Tonight left a lot to be desired. Brandi, avoided our table like the plague and never removed one glass or dish. Must be above her pay grade.

Servers were limited for our party of 25. Service was good, not as fast as desired due to the shirtage of employees. Out of 25 orders only one was wrong. Only one batch of rolls were overcooked. We will definitely visit again.

The food was great, the service was great, and the server was very friendly!

I was only there to pick up a to go order, and yet the bartender found a way to be rude from across the restaurant. If I ever go back, it certainly won't be at night. Maybe the day shift cares about the customer?

The prime rib was perfect and service was excellent. Jay was our waiter his service was outstanding

For a Sunday at lunch time we were happy to be seated immediately. Noticed the new menus right away. Spinach dip was good as usual, it's not a huge portion but enough for 2 people to share before a meal and it is inexpensive. I tried the shrimp and grits which were fairly priced at 9.99. Husband got surf n turf with fries and really enjoyed the shrimp. He described The chicken strips as average and catfish as mediocre. Our waitress was very nice but they must have had her serving tables on the other side of the restaurant as well because anytime she left for anything she was gone quite a long time.

Food is good, but could be great if they would use a little less salt on burgers and fries and less sugar in flavored teas. However service and atmosphere is amazing.

As a family we have enjoyed this restaurant for many dinners in side and to go. Our last several to go orders have been wrong so when in it was wrong again tonight my husband walked it back inside for replacement. Imagine the horror when the very exact same wrong (and now cold) order was returned to him 10 minutes later.
Correct items were finally given another 18 later. Once home and 45 mins late we open our now correct sides to find them warm, only to discover that original mangled cold rolls and chicken were given instead of fresh. 1 star is the least I am allowed to give or it would be a big fat ZERO.

This is a friendly and clean restaurant it has a good atmosphere. The staff is friendly .
We received our food hot . I ordered the cedar plank salmon sweet mashed potatoes and broccoli.
The salmon was very good my favorite

We have an O Charley 's
In Paducah Ky it isn't nothing like the one in Owenboro Ky .
The one in Owenboro Ky is definitely worth it.

The service was great. The one thing i will say is that even though the chicken tenders are good, they are not up to par with O'Charleys specifications of what tenders should be. The six tender platter came out looking similar to a tiny fast food chicken tender. I asked a waiter at a different O'Charleys, and the tenders they get that small are supposed to be put to the side, for employees, and take home food. They were good tenders. I always get the tenders here, but they have gone downhill. *Everything else was good and service Excellent*
