Had dinner here after church today. We’ve had good food here before. Today ribs were dried out and not warm. Husbands chopped pork was not warm. Waitress didn’t come back to check on us so we couldn’t ask for better meat. Very disappointed
We used to love their BBQ and would buy take out whenever we passed through Owensboro. It has been several years since we’ve been to Owensboro. We were looking forward to having this awesome bbq again. What has changed at this place? The chopped pork was not chopped, but ground so fine to be almost paste. I’ve loved old hickory for years but we’d always get the pork and mutton to go. But today I got the combination plate and the ribs and brisket were amazing! Also didn’t know their Mac and cheese was so good and creamy. I think eating in house is the way to go!!
