Went in Wednesday for the no weigh Wednesdays, but after we loaded our cups up, we ended up having to weigh them, no big deal, I assumed maybe they just didn’t do that anymore, because there is no signage or advertising, we’re enjoying our stuff when a huge group of kids come in, gets to the counter and says “no weigh Wednesdays right,” and the girl at the counter shushed them as she was confirming they were not going to have to weigh theirs. She did not want to make me aware that she just overcharged me. They didn’t have to weigh theirs, nor did anyone else that came in after us. Like I get it mistakes happen, but we were still in the store where I could both see them and hear their conversation, and they still had the opportunity to make it right, even if that meant just an apology. I also work in foodservice, so I ruminated on it for a couple days before posting a review, but I’ve decided that DID kinda rub me the wrong way that that was done right in front of my face like that.

Frozen yogurt is one of my favorite things, and Orange Leaf does it well. But if you’re looking for any level of okay or good customer service this location doesn’t have it. Most of the employees are unhappy and unhelpful.
I get having a bad day and it coming through sometimes in your demeanor but this is blatantly obvious every time. It creates a very judgmental and uncomfortable atmosphere. I avoid enjoying my fro-yo inside because I feel like I’m inconveniencing the employees simply by being in there.

Set my order down and the attendant said I had to place them on a scale. I asked when did they start weighing them. She said in May. So what use to cost me $10 now cost over $16. That will be my last visit to Orange Leaf. I’ll go to Dairy Queen and get a Blizzard.

I absolutely love taking my grandkids here. They say it’s the best ice cream ever! (Shh, they don’t know it’s yogurt). This store is always clean and the staff is super nice. I have never been there that I didn’t enjoy the atmosphere and the treats. My favorite is the salted caramel, followed by cotton candy, birthday cake, andvanilla. Favorite toppings are m&ms, eyes, choc chips, mini reeces, animal cookie, liquid marshmallow, caramel, and chocolate syrup. Oh, and sprinkles 😂

Went today to get a frozen yogurt. I got the medium size and it was almost $10!!!!! This was with a $1 off discount card. Just yogurt, no toppings. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I WOULD GIVE INFINITY STARS IF ABLE!!! THE GIRLS WERE SO NICE AND WELCOMING AND DIDNT MAKE ME FEEL AWKWARD WANTING TO TRY SAMPLES OF THE FLAVORS. THEY EXPLAINED HOW THE CUPS SIZES, TOPPINGS AND PRICING WORKED WHICH MADE MY VISIT SUPER EASY AND OVERALL WONDERFUL! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! I WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLAVE TO EVERYONE!
