I understand that the store is busy but if it's so busy that it takes over an hour from the time an order leaves the store to make it less than 5 minutes (1/2 mile) away then maybe it's time to start turning away delivery orders and doing carryout only. After waiting nearly two hours we ended up having to cancel our order and go get Litter Caesars. This would be a slightly better rating if the store manager wasn't so unprofessional. Won't be ordering from this Papa John's location again.

Wife picked up pizza, tried to open it to look at it, and was told to please let the people behind her get their pizza so she just drove home. Supposed to be a BBQ meats lite on the cheese. Not lite cheese, toppings all in the middle and big empty area with no toppings, not cut all the way through. Called and complained, told that the since I changed the order to bbq sauce the app changes the request of lite cheese back to normal and they know it happens. Not their fault and they won't remake it, I told the how poorly it was made and they said they can't evenly distribute toppings on every pizza. The kids took a piece each and did not like it, very soggy crust. The wife and I didn't touch it and threw it out

Order says it was on it way. I waited 20 minutes and still did not receive my order. I called and they said that the driver was leaving now. I am a half mile from the store. The manager said they were extremely busy. Ok I get that. But don’t push the button that says your order is on the way if it really isn’t. This is happening more and more. I order from this store at least once a week. Probably going to go with something else from now on
