Order says it was on it way. I waited 20 minutes and still did not receive my order. I called and they said that the driver was leaving now. I am a half mile from the store. The manager said they were extremely busy. Ok I get that. But don’t push the button that says your order is on the way if it really isn’t. This is happening more and more. I order from this store at least once a week. Probably going to go with something else from now on

Food is so inconsistent these days. I have always ordered from here and will no longer be ordering from this store. Our pizzas were undercooked several times. I called to complain and the general manager was so rude and should not be working in customer service. As a manager myself, they should be embarrassed to have someone so incompetent running their store.

For some reason they can't cook the crust. It's always doughy. I ordered on the app and there is a well done option and I still got an undercooked doughy pizza that was sticking to the box and falling apart while trying to get a slice.

Have not ordered Papa John’s in a while. I can honesty see why. Worst pizza I have had in a long time. No sauce on either of these pizzas , tasted like the pizzas had been sitting out for a while. Horrible !!!! Will not order again , or recommend to anyone.
