Last night we placed an order, two large one topping pizzas one was a cheese with extra cheese the other was beef, an order of bread sticks , cheese sticks and a cookie pie, Cheese pizza was alright I had to put it back in the oven because the cheese wasn't melted in the middle... Bread sticks and cookie was good .. the cheese cups I had to go back in for they forgot them not a huge deal BUT THE BEEF PIZZA ... They gave us PORK ... we cannot eat pork it's against our religious beliefs!!!
We put beef .. PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS ORDERS.
Pork is unclean meat it's swine

Very disappointed i waited for a hour and a half to get a pizza that was almost all dough. I'm from Florida and I thought franchises are suppose to taste the same but it don't taste like that in Florida thank fully im just visiting

Called the number for the Hwy 54 location to order a pizza and had to call twice to get someone to pick up. When they did, the woman sounded foreign, was hard to understand, and continually tried to upsell me. Terrible call experience. Pretty sure it was a call center even though it was the local number.

I swear papa john's on HWY 54 in Owensboro ky, has probably the dumbest set of employees I have ever encountered. I asked them to pull the sauce cups from the fridge and put them in a separate bag so the sauces dont melt by the time they get here. All I wanted was for them to pull the sauce from the fridge and put em in a separate box or bag. Thats it. She had to freaking talk to the manager to get approval then had to personally talk to a few of the drivers to ensure it gets done. All this chick had to do was get a plastic bag, Then the sauce cups, put the sauces cups in the plastic bag then set the bag with my pizza box, idk what part of that request was undoable or required her to have a PhD. And to top it all off she freaking hung up on me. ?. People are actual idiots.
