Very disappointed i waited for a hour and a half to get a pizza that was almost all dough. I'm from Florida and I thought franchises are suppose to taste the same but it don't taste like that in Florida thank fully im just visiting

Called the number for the Hwy 54 location to order a pizza and had to call twice to get someone to pick up. When they did, the woman sounded foreign, was hard to understand, and continually tried to upsell me. Terrible call experience. Pretty sure it was a call center even though it was the local number.

I swear papa john's on HWY 54 in Owensboro ky, has probably the dumbest set of employees I have ever encountered. I asked them to pull the sauce cups from the fridge and put them in a separate bag so the sauces dont melt by the time they get here. All I wanted was for them to pull the sauce from the fridge and put em in a separate box or bag. Thats it. She had to freaking talk to the manager to get approval then had to personally talk to a few of the drivers to ensure it gets done. All this chick had to do was get a plastic bag, Then the sauce cups, put the sauces cups in the plastic bag then set the bag with my pizza box, idk what part of that request was undoable or required her to have a PhD. And to top it all off she freaking hung up on me. ?. People are actual idiots.

I placed a decent sized order. A shag pizza, breadsticks and an order of boneless honey chipotle wings. The first time my wings got to my house, only TWO wings had sauce on them. The second time they were delivered, there WAS STILL BARELY ANY SAUCE ON THE WINGS! I get that yall are busy, but there’s no reason to not serve what you advertise. I will not be ordering from here again. You’ve lost a VERY VERY loyal customer.

I’m not one to complain. However, my mother had ordered a pizza as a surprise. So when I got a knock at the door I was a bit surprised. The man who delivered the pizza looked annoyed and irritated. He asked me to sign. After finding out it was my mom who ordered I signed her name. Well when I say this delivery driver made it clear that he didn’t get a tip. I mean he made it known. He turned around and huffed and puffed as loud as he could and rolled his eyes and walked away while he was shaking his head. For one, I didn’t know if my mom has already tipped or not. Two, I didn’t order the food with my card. I’m tipping off someone else’s card. I understand if you was expecting a tip. But throwing a fit.. really. If I would’ve done that work. I would’ve been fired immediately. Not to mention the food is mediocre.
