Penn Station East Coast Subs

Went in for take out steak sandwich took 45 minutes to get one sandwich and small fries left my sandwich that was finished on counter for 15 minutes while making other sandwiches ridicules wait time. Should have been told when order was being placed I would have went elsewhere to get my take out!!!!!!

We were driving through and very tired, so we decided to stop here. Food was good and the service was good. However, we ordered 1 small sandwich, 1 regular wrap, 1 large fry, and two small drinks. When they told me the price, $33.46, I commented that it seemed high, the manager and the counter man both said that it was normal, so we paid and ate. I didn't look at the receipt until the next day and realized that even though we ordered small drinks and sandwiches, we were charged for larges on everything, even though we received small drinks and small sandwiches. I am disappointed, this seems a little underhanded to me. On the positive, the food was good. However, I will hesitate to return to any Penn Station because of this practice. This happened on 4/8/25, receipt #520481-101.

The food was ok. Ordered online picked up in store. The fries were all different sizes. Length was a variation of short and well done to burnt.

Food is always good, I've never had a messed up order, and the workers are always super nice!

The issues I do have though is every surface is sticky to the touch everytime Ive been there. Also the drink machine tastes funky at times I'd be curious to know when the last time the nozzles were cleaned and the thing was calibrated.

Bit crowded but the bread was fresh as we're the ingredients. It was a good sandwich h and was served fairly quick, definitely glad I stopped in for a bite.

I had a toasted club on white and it was pretty good. Seemed a little pricey, but it was a good sandwich. I got there close to closing time, about 30 minutes, so I could sense some minor hostility but nothing I wouldn't do at the end of shift too.

I've been going regularly for 3-5 times a week, for at least 4 years , staff is great, take the time to learn my name and memorize my order , the process have gone from under$10 to $12.70 it's too expensive, I'm probly dropping to once a month if I don't boycott all together, hope somebody is watching the demographics because it won't add up!

While I do love the food and it’s great every time the service is horrible ordered a regular pizza with no onions, mushrooms or ham and added banana peppers while Brooklyn behind the counter only got half the order right didn’t add peppers and didn’t even add the drink I asked for it’s not like there was a huge line it’s like she didn’t even care love the food hated the service
