Penn Station East Coast Subs

Had a great meal today!!! Roni and her crew were very friendly and shared banter with my husband and I. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Definitely a spot for us to revisit. Must recommend the Parmesan and cheese steak subs.

Food is good. Prices are a little higher medium fry is $5. 12 inch sub is $12. Fresh made to order fries. The wood chairs and tables are sticky at this location, might have to do with the cleaner breaking down the finish on the tables and chairs. Floor is sticky too. Bathrooms are clean and nice.

So many improvements at this Penn Station location! Tonight I had the best Philly Cheese steak I have ever had. I was welcomed by a friendly young lady named Roni who took my order and was meticulous about getting the ingredients correct. A great experience overall and the improvements are so appreciated!

Ordered chicken teriyaki to go. Waited nearly 10 minutes. The saltiest thing ever. No cheese. Bunch of chicken and a few onions falling off bread. I saved half for later and dressed it up with cheese, salad, and mayo. Still so salty and grisly. It could not be redeemed. However, thank you for the free cookie. It was delicious! Ice tea was good!

Super friendly folks made an accurate, tasty sandwich, and upsold us a chocolate chip cookie that was worth the money. Zero complaints. Happily will come back again.

Ignored completely when leaving and complimenting the food. Place was an absolute mess. Shoes stuck to floor everything was sticky top to bottom. This place went downhill quick! Absolute trash don’t waste your money folks! :)

The sandwiches and food are always amazing. The staff is always helpful and patient making sure your order is correct.

I know the whole world is short-staffed, but I was repeatedly skipped over. At least three people who were behind me were able to check out and get their order before me.
The staff acted like they were irritated that people had the audacity to come in a restaurant and order food.

Greeted by a nice sticky floor, ordered Philly and chicken with fries. Food came out relatively quick, fries were refried and greasy, Philly had what looked like a thin layer of table scraps thrown on with a sprinkler of cheese that couldn’t cover. Sit down at table, sticky seats, sticky table tops, ceiling tiles that look like they came out of a 100 year old smoke shack. Teenagers rather take selfies and watch fb reels than actually care to ask if anything was okay or maybe pick up a rag and wipe the place down so you don’t stick to everything you touch. $31.02 and if you had an appetite before you sat down, you wouldn’t have one after the greasy fries and half a$$ sandwiches come out, but you’ll be stuck there cause the disgusting sticky seats.

Had a sign as you came in "monthly special philly cheesesteak" I ordered it the picture looked great,what I got was bread with a light layer of thin meat and peppers and onions,basically philly cheesesteak flavored bread? The monthly special is so the owner can increase his profits! One n Dun!

Corporate might wanna make the online orders standard with every sandwich coming with EVERYTHING they are normally dressed with. Having to add toppings or condiments to a sandwich advertised as the customer is used to getting but making a first time online order is gonna make the customer highly upset as I was!!
Let the customer have the option of removing toppings/condiments instead of having to know first off, that the sandwich(s) do NOT come as they are pitcured!!!!!
Didn't know this myself, and had to make a trip all the back to the place, to get the sandwiches remade.

Would be good if they answered the phone when you try to call and make a to go order. Management needs to get it to together. Today was the 5th and last time I try to call on an order here
