Penn Station East Coast Subs

Had a sign as you came in "monthly special philly cheesesteak" I ordered it the picture looked great,what I got was bread with a light layer of thin meat and peppers and onions,basically philly cheesesteak flavored bread? The monthly special is so the owner can increase his profits! One n Dun!

Corporate might wanna make the online orders standard with every sandwich coming with EVERYTHING they are normally dressed with. Having to add toppings or condiments to a sandwich advertised as the customer is used to getting but making a first time online order is gonna make the customer highly upset as I was!!
Let the customer have the option of removing toppings/condiments instead of having to know first off, that the sandwich(s) do NOT come as they are pitcured!!!!!
Didn't know this myself, and had to make a trip all the back to the place, to get the sandwiches remade.

Would be good if they answered the phone when you try to call and make a to go order. Management needs to get it to together. Today was the 5th and last time I try to call on an order here

They messed up my total purchase , ordered 2 hot grilled sandwiches each cost was $11.95 each . Had 3-$10.00 gift cards , ended up giving them $5.33 on top of that.kelped running my cards for payment.When I got home , checked for balance of cards , $0 on each one of them, so total for 2 sandwiches was over $35.00 ! Will not ever go back!!!

Same problem with the other two Owensboro location didn’t listen added ham when I asked to have it taken off probably had like 5 people in the store and had already ordered just sad they can’t even listen to simple instructions I get that sometimes it gets lost in translation but this is the second time it’s happened. Love the food terrible service

My first experiences at Penn Station were in 2018. Every visit was always worth the money and pounds gained. We decided to indulge in a cheesesteak and also bought a corned beef sub. I must say I was quite disappointed with the lack of meat on the subs. I know EVERYTHING has changed post-covid, but the two regular subs that we ordered barely had enough meat for one. I had more melted cheese on my roll than meat. I literally had to move the lettuce from side to side searching. I asked the guy, "What happened to the meat?" He stated they have to weigh it out and that was already a few points over. He was nice enough to make me more meat to add to my sandwich, I was very grateful. The food is still very tasty. Just be sure to ask for meat on it or you'll be getting a veggie sub. Nice rolls! Great cookies!

Penn Station has really great Foods and Drinks there. Everyone there are very nice and friendly. Penn Station has a wonderful service there.

Fabulous as always.....Got the Artichoke Sub. I am disappointed that they no longer have the chicken salad or tuna subs wish they would bring them

I'm not going to lie I was highly disappointed. It's been years since I've had Penn station and I'd probably NEVER get it again. I ordered double meat and still could barely taste the meat over the bread. Subway gives more meat( THAT'S SAD!!!!) Now the service was ok nothing bad but nothing that stood out either. The place was clean. I just can get more for my money elsewhere.

Great sandwiches & service!! Very kid friendly too. We bought a large for our daughters to split and they served it in two different baskets without us even having to ask. Will definitely return!

We eat here often. It’s always consistent and good. The fries are hot and fresh. Would recommend the Philly cheesesteak.

The staff was friendly and patient. Our order was ready quickly. But the building itself looks like it’s falling apart. The wallpaper is peeling off, they stapled parts of it back onto the walls, the area wasn’t seen, the drive station was however. One section of the ceiling looks like it’s about to cave in from what looks like water damage and where the air is coming out of the the ceiling is black.5 star customer service, 1 star atmosphere.

Stoner hippie kid made an absolutely devious Philly cheese steak sandwich. If I could give anything over 5 stars he would get it. I want to hire him as an at home cook.
