Terrible. Took two hours, driver told me they got slammed and ran out of everything. Our pizza was cold, but, after waiting that long, took it anyway. Sparse ingredients.
Ordered $70 worth of Pizza for Halloween and all the pizza was burnt! Tried calling store and no one hasn't picked up since yesterday. Kids went trick or treating hungry! Customer service is horrible.

First time ordering online. Cheese sticks wasn't done, tops of pizza overdone pizza doughy...I think maybe it may have been close to closing time and maybe they rushed to get it done. I'm not for sure. Just got my phone back or id have complained sooner. Maybe they will reach out to make it right. Maybe I'll call and see if they will try but receipt doesn't even show where my pizza came from or the phone number to the store smh

The thin crust was like eating a Cracker. Didn't have much on top because too thin to hold it. Will not order any thin crust here again

I take out Cinnabons from a Pizza Hut every Friday afternoon (my Happy Hour). The Cinnabons I received were burnt and hard, but I was already home when I realized this fact. Very disappointed.

Every time there is a issue with an order you are stuck just dealing with it or when you try to call the store it just rings and rings and rings and eventually you get pisses bc everything else is getting cold so you just deal with it this new way of ordering pizza on line and with some person that don’t even work at that store is some bull food was good just wrong

They are outsourcing for customer service. You can not call the place that you are ordering pizza from anymore. You get directed to a hotline for freaking pizza. I wanted a deal on their website and it’s “not available” I live 2 minutes away from Pizza Hut and I can’t make a local call about deals. I will be done with this company

I was in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. When I made it to the window I knew why. The cashier was incompetent. Should could not scan gift cards and would not ask for help. She finally did ask for help and still could not scan the second gift card after being shown how it was done. She had to get help again. I was 5 minutes paying for the order. I am sure the 5 cars behind me were not happy.
