We have ordered Pizza Hut for years, but tonight will be my last time.. the last few times we have received our food it’s been cold and tasted nasty or old.. I know everyone seems to be shorthanded in food service lately, but I can’t waste any more money hoping our food will be better than the last time..

Ordered stuffed crust pizza at 4 pm on the Pizza Hut app. The pizza was sealed and we didn’t open and check it because we had a 20 minute drive home and it was 34 degrees. The dough was see through like it wasn’t made correctly and was hard to chew. it was so thin and soaked in grease that it would stay in a pizza shape when you tried to pick it up. There was zero sauce on it except for one small circular spot. I tried calling the location but the phone just keeps ringing.

Started a Friday Lunch tradition about 9 years ago enjoying Pizza Huts buffet with my grandmother, mom and aunt. Covid put a pause on our gathering until this week.
Soo happy the have opened the dining room back up but really miss the buffet. It is really hard to get in and out timely at lunch without the buffet. I sincerely hope they bring it back.

Best pizza ever.. please open the buffet, a lot of restaurants with buffets have figured out how to do it, please get smart and put together a plan.. moonlight is serving you, new China has the customer wear gloves.. come on Pizza Hut you can do this!!!
Ordered $52 worth of pizza to never receive it. Called the store and they told me they never had that issue and that the driver said he delievered it and knocked and i never answered. Mind you i had my front door open and i was sitting on the couch by the door! Then said there was nothing they could do! Tried calling back and the manager kept ignoring my calls. Called back again for the manager to answer said my name tried telling him i called corporate and i need his name for him to hang up on me again and then send my calls to hold or to pick up and hang up. Worst pizza hut ever and i will not be ordering from them again!!!

Breadsticks were given with no seasoning and the pizza didn’t even have cheese to the edge of the crust, left off the crust seasoning. This is the second time in 2 weeks this has been done . I was given credit for the last one and this time only $5.00 credit which doesn’t cover the pizza that’s not cooked properly and the breadsticks we won’t eat because they are literally just bread without seasoning . So disappointing when we come here all the time !

friendly people. decent service. ate late so salad bar was not up to par. dried cheese for salad and some vegetables looked a little old. but all in all always a good place to eat with good prices
