It was a little crowded the day I passed through here - it was a Saturday . Other than that I loved loved the chicken!!! First time trying Canes, and it was pretty good.

I eat here at least once a week I order online and walk in to pickup tonight yall charged me 17 dollars for a caniac combo and really gave me 4 tenders this is the second time it’s happened I’ll just save my money from now on and eat else where

1st time. It was guy time with my son and we loved it. It didn't break the bank, was quality(for fast food), the atmosphere was clean and happy. Highly recommend.

My only comment would be if you're going to have outside order takers perhaps have a product list somewhere visible before the drive through speaker or even a laminated menu they can hand to the car, as my older generation mother and grandmother didn't know what they wanted, wanted to know prices and I'm sure caused us to hold up the line behind us while your poor employee is just following our car along because I couldn't just pull up pricing on your website it wanted me to start an order before I got that information though it would show items available just not pricing listed with it, with the older generations some aren't all that savvy to change all the time and in the current economy lots of people want to know the price of something before they commit to buying it.

The employee at the drive thru was less than nice. I asked for salt and ketchup which was not in my bag. I asked for 4 sweetners for my tea she gave me two so I asked for 2 more, she rolled her eyes at me! We pulled away from the restaurant to find a spot to eat. When I opened the box the chicken tenders look like dried up little pieces, not at all what it looks like at the Cane's we normally frequent. And well it didn't taste much better with. So cold fries and dried up chicken strips for lunch! Oh yay for me!

Food is always fresh, employees are friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. Line to get self served drinks can get a bit backed up at times so maybe they should install a second fountain, but overall I love Cane’s!! I’m so excited they’re building a location in Clarksville, TN! I can go there 2x a week like I use to when I lived in Ohio!
