I picked up a deluxe salad at the drive-thru at the Owensboro Frederica Street location today. Usually I love them and they are so delicious. Today the croutons all tasted like they had been freed in old stale grease. It was not good at all.
We love the food. Chicken sandwiches are really good. The salad has best croutons! Plus kid friendly!

Pulled up to order. Worst greeting and attitude I have ever experienced. Pulled right out of line and went to another restaurant. Pretty sure it was some teenage girl with glasses. Terrible customer service.

Ritzy's is an absolute MUST if you're looking for great burgers, fries, shakes, etc. The food is absolutely fantastic. Prices are reasonable. Well worth it!
