Seems to be out of cheese… Everytime I come here they don’t put cheese on my sandwiches even when I request for it… if I’m gonna overpay for school quality food I at least want it made correctly

First time eating at Ritzy’s today, December 19, 2025.
Atmosphere was quiet. Staff were friendly. Tables & floor were very clean. Soda machine & condiment area was clean. My boyfriend & I ordered two, #1s. Food was ready rather quickly, fresh & warm. Hamburgers were fantastic. The onion rings were delicious. I decided to order the famous PB & J, & I am glad I did. It looks so good! (Haven’t ate it yet)
Overall, I will definitely stop in here again when I come to my hometown, Owensboro, KY!

Went here 30 minutes before closing and was told they aren’t allowed to serve food anymore for the night. Why be open til 10pm if you can’t even serve fast food??

Absolute worst employees and management we have EVER come across! The cheese was as cold as could be. They took it back and sat it under the heat lamp! Not to mention my daughter was taunted the whole meal! When asked for upper management the response was you will have to ask his daughter

I was charged 7.99 for a taco salad that clearly states 7.25 on menu board. I said something to cashier but she would not fix it! Will not buy again!!

I picked up a deluxe salad at the drive-thru at the Owensboro Frederica Street location today. Usually I love them and they are so delicious. Today the croutons all tasted like they had been freed in old stale grease. It was not good at all.
