We were a group of 4 with reservations. When we arrived they had our menus already at the table. Very nice young man was our waiter. We started out with the Hot Brown Fries, there was plenty to share. I had the Sassafras Chicken Salad. Was very good. The Hot Brown and the Sassy Burger was also ordered at our table.

I adore this restaurant. The ambiance is amazing and the service is always exceptional. Their food is delicious and their menu rotates depending on what is available at the time. Local artists have their art displayed for sale, which makes this place feel even more special as it changes throughout the year.
Vegetarian options: They always have at least one vegetarian option on the menu and I have been impressed with how the entrees are crafted as a proper meal instead of the usual "random assortment of vegetables".

One of the best meals I’ve eaten in a long time. We had the hot brown fries (must get), smoked meatloaf, and Cuban. All the food was perfectly-seasoned. Addictive quality. 10/10!!

I highly recommend visiting. I'll definitely be returning. The food was familiar but creative and very well executed. The chef must be quite skilled to put these dishes together so well. I enjoyed the calm atmosphere with soft guitar being played live in the background.

If I could give zero stars I would says it's open till 9pm we arrive at 815 the door is locked and they open the door and say the kitchen is already closed!

Before my last visiti had only had take out from here. Mainly the burger week burger which was awesome. This time I only stopped in for a drink as my children were auditioning for a musical next door. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I definitely will come back here for sometime and eat in.
The food was delicious. They also have local artwork in the restaurant. We each got something different so we could all try multiple things. I had the smoked meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans! So good! If you are in Owensboro KY you should try this restaurant out.

We've been here multiple times (date night or with 3 kids). We have had amazing food and service each and every time. The only knock I have for this restaurant is when you order pimento cheese...double the bread because 2 pieces isn't enough for the amount of cheese they give.

Food was decent, but pretty high priced for what it was. Service was slow. We waited several minutes before someone came out of the back to seat us and was just about to leave. Not sure why, there were only 3 tables seated. Nice atmosphere. Over all it was ok.
