Heavier girl with a nose piercing, wearing a bandana or headband.. blonde hair. she is telling people their payment didn't go through to run the card again or so they pay with cash. Our payment in fact went through and I pulled up my bank app and she quickly said we were good and didn't even ask to see it. We watched her do the same thing to two more people besides us.

Personally i got a lot of patience but when it takes 25 minutes to make a dr pepper it just disappears. I guess it is pretty hard to make a dr pepper I tipped them too got tired of waiting so i let them keep the money don’t eat here unless you are young. When you leave you will be elderly.

I went here for a dr pepper, put my card in numerous times, and it never went through. i asked if a carhop could come and get my card and charge it inside, waited 40 minutes and no one came. horrible service.
Had an allergic reaction after they made a substitution in my order and denied it repeatedly when I asked if they were sure they were giving me the right thing.
Went back and spoke to the manager and was basically told "If you want to make sure you get what you order you have to tell us you have an allergy or we may not pay as much attention."
Shouldn't have to inform a restaurant why I'm ordering what I'm ordering in order for them to not to change my order and then assure me they didn't.
Dietary restrictions: Do NOT eat here if you have dietary restrictions they have a very callous attitude about getting orders right.
