I had a mobile order for literally 2 drinks and the pick up time said 11:26 I had to call inside twice for them to answer the phone and that was after I waited until 11:45 for my drinks didn’t receive them until 11:50.

When they don't wanna do something like when they get an order wrong they ignore what you say until you give up I said tomatoes 7 times but it was pretty obvious she had chosen not to hear me. I ended up having to go to Kroger and buy a tomato.

Waited over 40 minutes for 2 large drinks. I understand possibility of being understaffed or there being a lot of people here. Unfortunately the only escape goat they have is the former. Absolutely ridiculous to wait over 40 minutes for two drinks.

I don’t understand why the employee had to have such an attitude when telling me it was drive-through only. It would’ve been nice to have a sign posted stating that the booths close at a certain time. Either way, the interaction came off as very rude.

Kinda disappointed in the Parrish location they make way smaller burritos than what they usually are me and my mom both got a breakfast burrito and im not too impressed with them at all. If you want to be impressed go to Fredrica location their service and quality is 10 times better than parrish.
No handicap accessible easily, my gf got yelled at for going to grab a spoon

The food is expensive. I love their strawberry lemonade but can only buy it during happy hour. I'm love their sauce for fries but the fries are small and broken making them and to dip. The pretzels are really good but needs the queso sauce instead of the nachos sauce. They have removed the queso cheese so we don't buy they much. Great employees!!!
