this is the first time i’ve even left a review. i don’t know what her name was but one of the managers was by far the sweetest manager ive ever spoke to, there was a mistake with my order which was really MY fault and she with no hesitation told me to turn around remade both of my drinks free of charge which she did NOT have to do!! good karma to her and love starbies😁

I ordered a baked apple croissant and a latte grande for under $10. My friend ordered a cold refresher of some persuasion and iced lemon loaf. Although very busy, there was a seat available for my friend and me inside the Starbucks; outside tables were unoccupied. The workers were focused on their various tasks but still took time to smile and to write a positive message on our drink cups. The music playing sounded like hip hop which appealed to the (mostly younger) crowd gathered at that time (if tapping feet /fingers is any indication). We like this Starbucks despite it having no drive-thru available. It is a great place to meet a friend for a delicious snack and conversation. I did notice their bookshelf had disappeared. In the past we'd been able to leave books for others to enjoy and had found a few gems.
Lyndsi is great. The food was amazing. Can't wait to come back.

This is the Starbucks that I go to here in town and I really like all the baristas there. But this last time I went in to get my coffee I saw a woman ignoring the person in front of me while she was on her phone (mind you the man in front of me was ready to order, clearly) So after I was done ordering by then the lady was gone I asked the girl who made my drink who that was and she said it was her manager Melanie. Ive seen her before and she was so disrespectful to one of her co-workers then to. Not sure if the lady just gets overwhelmed or possibly a manager positon is just to much for her, Either way its wrong and truthfully makes me feel bad for some of these other baristas. I will say though other than her, My coffee is ALWAYS a 10 out of 10!!
