I received my DoorDash this morning of my daily Starbucks and on the lid of my cup it said “Don’t give up!” “You matter!” This small act of kindness, Was very heartwarming and gave such a personal touch! Very heartwarming and happy to have these type of people in our community!! 🫶🏼
Kid-friendliness: I’m obsessed with the Double smoked bacon, Egg and cheese croissant! And there iced brown sugar, oatmeal shaken espresso! Literally order it every morning! Worth every penny! Not to mention how kind the staff is!! Always smiling and always happy to help! I never feel like any of my request are a bother or a chore. Just all over 10/10 place to get your coffee and to start your day off, right!

In helmand province camp leatherneck, there was a Starbucks that served hundreds of transiting Marines, soldiers, airman, and other allied forces. Despite being so far away from America, they still managed to get the orders out faster than this Starbucks. 55 minutes to receive 2 cups of coffee should be a learning lesson to upcoming employees on what not to do. Next time, let me help you make coffees

Dunno what’s going on today, but Starbucks had a mad rush & wait time was estimated at an hr. Still, these employees were working their butts off, not slacking, keeping the integrity & quality of the drinks and food, all with serving/handling customers with a smile on their face! Great job, sorry y’all getting slammed today!

No wait time listed in the app until after purchase. Wouldn't have ordered if I knew it was going to take 30 minutes. 45 minutes later leaving with no coffee. What a joke.

I don't really ever rate places low, but this visit was frankly unacceptable. I worked as a barista, and I know how busy it can get so I was trying to be sympathetic but it got to a point where I was quite irritated. I waited 40 minutes for one single drink. It wasn't even very complicated. I even asked what was up very nicely at the 25 minute mark and was told they would push out my drink and if not I would get a refund. Quite honestly the fact I wasn't offered a refund in the first place is not okay, I then went up again and asked at the 40 minute mark, after I had received my drink, for a refund. I was told, "that's just the holiday season" which is dismissive, flippant, and rude. I understand the holidays are busy but multiple people who came in 20+ minutes after me got their drinks quicker with more drinks on the order, and they were also mobile orders. I rated two stars instead of one because I did get two cards worth 4 dollars as well as my drink, but still I find this unacceptable.

Understandably, it was very busy on black Friday, mostly with online orders. I ordered 2 items at the counter. My coffee came out immediately. I had to wait over 45 minutes for my daughter's Peppermint Mocha. The staff should have informed me that the wait was going to be that long, and I could have returned to pick it up. Customers should be informed so they can plan accordingly.

they really took an hour for 2 drinks and we stayed on received for a hour and then took them 10 minutes to fix them. one guy smiled like nothing was wrong when i complained. they even took our name off received and put it in progress and back on to revive and then took our name off the screen completely. we were doing a doordash order this is unacceptable.

Do pumpkin spice iced latte it's so good, and the egg whites are phenomenal so good and delicious.
Just stopped by for the first time in forever because they’re usually really rude and never get the product right so guess what once again I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunch waited incredibly long. After ordering online I get my drink and I realize that there’s not extra caramel crunch so I hand the drink back, The guy drive-through takes the drink Walks around with it for a little bit, brings it back to me and tells me it’s in there somewhere, lied to my face and send me on my way. There was no extra caramel crunch in it. I’m beyond beyond frustrated. It does not take a genius to make a coffee. I guess they reminded me why I Stopped coming.

Went inside to get coffee here and waited for over 30 minutes to get our 3 drinks. Meanwhile atleast 4 other orders after us, one of which was 6 plus drinks got their entire order before us. When we said something to the employees they stated they were going in order and we needed to wait our turn. Ridiculous.
