In town to visit family and wanted Starbucks at 5:30 AM on 11/29/25. Ordered through the app like I always do. Said my order would be ready at approximately 5:37. I pulled up to the drive thru at 5:36 and said I had a mobile order. The employee said “It’s only been 4 minutes, I guess you can pull around and wait”. I was 1 minute early from the estimated quoted time, so I’m not sure why I got the response I did. No other cars were in the drive thru so I didn’t mind waiting if my order wasn’t ready. When our order was ready an employee opens the window and says “here” and shoved the drink carrier at me. All while another employee was standing next to her laughing. They closed the window and continued laughing. I’m not sure what I did to be laughed at or treated like that but I definitely won’t be returning. I’ve never had a bad experience at Starbucks in Indianapolis so this was totally surprising to me.

I've gone to this store twice and have been there right at opening. I'm not sure how they operate in other stores, but they are always rushing trying to get everything ready and brewed up. I guess they don't come in early to do that? The 1st time, I was told it would be 15 mins to get coffee brewed. Mind you, the store is open at this point. The 2nd time I stood there for almost 5 mins without anyone else in the store waiting to get my drink order taken. There were 3 people that I saw working at that time. It is very hit and miss when you go.

This Starbucks used to be my wife's favorite location. She'd look forward to her coffee and the positive atmosphere.
That's all gone now, thanks to the manager, Liz. The way she talks to my wife is just plain rude and condescending. She has this way of making you feel like you're a nuisance. My wife actually gets anxiety now about going in, worried she'll have to deal with Liz's attitude.
It's a shame that one person can take a place people are supposed to enjoy and make it feel so unwelcoming. We're done here, until something changes. We'll be getting our coffee somewhere else that treats you with respect.

Ever since the new store manager took over . Everything has gone down hill. Always out of items . I mean out of many things at once. Overall she isnt a good manager at all. The employees seem more uptight now as well. The environment used to seem alot more uplifted before. She has been rude many many times. Not taking orders right at all. Acting like its your problem. I come to this location everyday.(not so much these days ) So I am very much aware of how this store has gone down hill since she took over. I've contacted her higher ups , but haven't heard anything back. Please please please go to a different location if you can. Target has a nice one . Try there .

Paid for two Frappuccinos, waited over thirty minutes for a venti caramel ribbon crunch and a grande mocha Frappuccino. Received a mocha cookie crumble instead of the mocha, which could've been fine but both drinks tasted terrible. Not sweet at all, just tasted like weirdly bitter ice. Complete waste of money and time. Server was unfriendly, completely straight faced and moved slow, despite the line being long.

This location is definitely not my favorite. I just happened to come here when I am passing it to be somewhere but it never fails that I get crappy Frapps. I paid for a Pumpkin Spice Blended drink and it tasted like they never blended it at all. This always happens at this one location. Im not sure what kind of training these employees are recieving but it needs to be better. They also dont ever let you know when your order is ready when you order from the app. There was no reason for my order to have come out the way it did, considering how slow they were in the inside. Starbucks isn't the cheapest place to buy coffee so its expected that our drinks are made correctly and not half assed.

Only one around that has a drive thru. Seriously. .. who has time to walk in to get their coffee in the morning? All Starbucks should have drive thrus! I have to drive across town to go to this one since its the only one that offers this convince in my town. Great, clean place and friendly quick service.

Ordered on mobile. Usually go to Frederica and Booth but they're closed today. I went through the drive thru and the girl on the intercom was mumbling to herself in the mic for ten seconds before acknowledging me. Told them what I was there for. She continued mumbling into the mic for ten móre seconds then told me to pull forward. Didn't even look at me when she handed me my drink. My drink wasn’t all the way full but I didn’t have time to go in and have it fixed. There was a good inch of empty space. My cup was covered in coffee and I had to clean it and my hand after she handed me a drink that she had to have known was wet on the outside. I guess they spilled my drink while making it and said screw it and didn’t top it off or wipe it down. This is why I wait to tip after I get my order now.

Normally, I love the matcha frappuccino, but today's drink was a miss. Way too much matcha powder made it taste awful. Skip this location and head to the Starbucks in Target instead—they know how to make it right!

I come here often with my 2 daughters. They get classic frappes. I get a shaken espresso. It has been wrong more times than I can count. Once forgot flavor completely, once they put vanilla instead of honey blend. Today, they completely filled my cup with ice and only put espresso and flavor without a single drop of milk. Why am I able to customize my drink of it's going to be so obviously incorrect so often.
I shouldn't have to stand in line twice to get my order.
