Stood and waited in line, was the last person nobody behind me. Girl does orders for everyone in front of me, gets to me and goes "im going on lunch we're gonna be closed for a bit" like damn couldn't do 1 more coffee? I mean it was just me left.

There were two people working only one was working the counter the other was running around putting stickers on stuff and there were 10 people in line I stood there for 15 minutes and the line never moved. I left.

I hate to be that person to write a bad review but I was very disappointed. There was only one employee working while one was on break and the line was to the registers. Waited in line for 25 minutes just to receive a mediocre drink. The workers are always so slow and don’t seem to care about the customers.

Starbucks is a wonderful place to get Coffee and Iced Coffee. Everyone who works there are very nice and friendly People. Service here at Starbucks is very wonderful.

Please get more staff! There is always a long line and only 1 person working ! For God sakes pull someone from the store to help if needed!!!

I ordered via mobile order and waited almost 40 minutes, while people that ordered at the counter continued to get their order before me. Since I had to wait so long, they had already sold out of the danish I had ordered. There was no apology when I finally got my order. The 54 location and target are much better. I understand it’s the holiday season and it’s busy, but it takes no effort to be kind.

Rude workers. Half of them weren’t doing anything waited 25 minutes for drink after that I asked for a refund. Worst Starbucks I have been too. Poor service!
