Went in tonight with coupons and as soon as the girl seen I had them in my hand she said we don't accept coupons here. I asked her since when? She said we never have and never will. So I go to my subway app. And tell her ok I want to use this one then. Again she stated nope we don't do the app either. I then turn to my husband and said let's just leave. He told me it was to late the sandwiches were already made. Mind you I only live maybe a mile from this location so why send them out if they don't except them.
Food is great my only complaint is when I get off work at 8 they are closed early even tho Google and the door states they close at 9pm. there has been a few times I've came there and they closed 1-2 hours early.... I understand they wanna go home it's been a long day I get that I do but it's wrong lying to customers who've also had a long day and would just like to enjoy healthy food.

Not trying to be a problem, however this is getting out of hand. It’s is the third of fourth time I’ve ordered and came through here and I’ve had bad service and food wasn’t made right. This time I ordered a personal pizza and a sub bowl. The sub bowl was supposed to have three types of meats in it and we only received ham. I asked for double and received like 2 pieces of ham. The pizza had no cheese with two pepperonis on it. Not to mention it’s as hard as a rock. One of these times I went back and I was greeted by the manager and was spoken too like I was a toddler. If I was you, I would make a trip to one of the other ones in Owensboro.

We order a group order and when we received one steak bowl it was almost empty of food we took it back and the manager Tracy got very rude with us and called one of us a snooty little B****very unprofessional, food unsatisfactory had to go to another Subway to get the order corrected.
Dropped food on floor wrong sauce bread not toasted. Just a few things I’m mentioning.

Was going to order more items but just left with one sandwich. The younger lady making my sandwich was nice, but the other older lady (possibly a manager) condescendlingly said "we don't take those coupons sir" so not only did I not order a second sandwich, I went elsewhere for my drink and desert. Will never go to this location again. I may be done with Subway altogether after that. The manager seemed to be an extremely unhappy person.
The night shift worker does a very good job and makes really good subs. He/she deserves every tip she gets and much more...
