Made a mobile order sat at the drive through for 15 minutes then told they wasn’t going to make my sandwich till the ready time on the app which I have never heard of in all the times I have ordered online 10/10 would not recommend this place mostly because the staff is rude and do not have good customer service

Paid same for 2 sub par wraps as I did for 2 full meals and tips at Cheddars just the day before. They discontinued flat bread and now will not heat anything but the meat. Subway has officially lost my business for good.

I have been to this location a handful of times. I had the pleasure of visiting this store yesterday (11/5/25) afternoon and had a pleasant experience. I'm forgot her name - Lori? Terri?, either way, she was friendly, worked quickly, and made me feel welcome. She even let me know about the upcoming menu changes featuring the (Thanksgiving) seasonal sandwhich options. Thank you. I look forward to visiting again. The sub was fantastic!

Went in tonight with coupons and as soon as the girl seen I had them in my hand she said we don't accept coupons here. I asked her since when? She said we never have and never will. So I go to my subway app. And tell her ok I want to use this one then. Again she stated nope we don't do the app either. I then turn to my husband and said let's just leave. He told me it was to late the sandwiches were already made. Mind you I only live maybe a mile from this location so why send them out if they don't except them.
Food is great my only complaint is when I get off work at 8 they are closed early even tho Google and the door states they close at 9pm. there has been a few times I've came there and they closed 1-2 hours early.... I understand they wanna go home it's been a long day I get that I do but it's wrong lying to customers who've also had a long day and would just like to enjoy healthy food.
