Food tasted great but service was extremely slow. We were there to pick up an order but the greeting we got was "you have to order on the kiosk". Hopefully they were just having an off day and ther service is usually faster and friendlier, we all have off days sometimes!
its nice, i love their mild sauce but not spicy enough. i need 5 packets to feel the spice. the food is good except i got sick after eating here once, its a. kassic resturant but i get tired of em.

Ordered in store to take food home. People who ordered in the kiosk after me, received their food before me. It took some time for the women to start my order and then went at a snails pace. When I received my food the order was not correct, had to ask for my drink glass and when I got home the craving box items were still not correct. It took her so long to make my food that half of it was cold. This location on Parrish is so mismanaged. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and expecting different results. I need to stop being insane and try a different location.

Today I went in at 520pm and expected to have my food by 530 and get to somewhere I had to be at 545, instead all the workers decided to talk to 4 people they were friends with ig who had a baby and decided to not make our food and left us sitting there waiting and didn’t get my food until 550 and am not late to my plans and the food isn’t even fresh.

Imagine this (today); you order 4 regular tacos (inside, to go), you proceed to wait over 20 minutes for 4 tacos, you then finally get your tacos, but then they chase you down in the parking lot saying they gave you the wrong order.
For 20 minutes I watched car after car come into the drive through and leave with their food while I waited and waited. No acknowledgement from staff. No apology for the wait. No correct order when I actually get some food. In fact, you lost money because I didn't care, so you had to make a more expensive order twice.
Nobody expects much from fast food, and yet this place managed to lower the bar even further. I have two stars because my last two experiences here were fine (lunch shift). Your evening staff, at least some of them, are just stupid and incompetent.

The food is always hot, the drinks are always cold, the service is amazing, the employees are all hard workers and they even hold the door open for you. If you have a problem with your food, they are more than willing to fix the mistake. Even if they have only a few people to work at one time, they always try to get your work done in a timely manner.

This Tacobell has lazy and slow stuff, they always waste the customers time and don’t want to receive the customers order.
Waited half an hour and still didn’t not receive multiple items in the order. Midday no other customers in the lobby.
This is the slowest taco bell I have ever been in
