everytime ive ordered from taco bell hwy 54, for the past year, they have got my order wrong, given me completely wrong order, or left food out. very disappointing

The customer service was fast, friendly and efficient. I got 2 spicy potato soft tacos and the loaded beef nachos. The tortillas used for the tacos were hard and crusty and the potatoes were either overcooked or a little old. The loaded beef nachos were okay but a little light on chips. I feel like Taco Bell is hit or miss so I’ll definitely give this one another chance in the future.

Uproot this food. I like their seasoned beef items, but the quality had declined as the meat had far too much seasoning sauce. They go it under control, and the ground beef is back good.. To update, Taco Bell has a well-functioning app, and they do have the 🌶 cheese burrito in the app. 🔥 The problem is, you never know if it is going to be all tortilla--which has been the case more often than not. Taco Bell, you need to train your employees as chefs. Help them. It used to be amazing. Respect the food people consume. Especially since it's a Decades item, yo!

Went through drive thru and ordered a bunch of cheesy rollups for my kids. Taco bell could do so much better. Theres a couple sprinkles of cheese and threw them in the bag. I dont expect much but really????

Drive thru cashier seemed annoyed that I requested she fix my drink. As she started to hand me the drink I said that's supposed to be a Pepsi - her only response was well, it says Mountain Dew. I had to ask for it be fixed and she never apologized. I told them Pepsi twice when placing the order. The potato taco was not very good. Not many potatoes and they tasted old.

“5 layer beefy burrito with no beef”
Essentially, it’s just a bean burrito, sour cream and cheese and cheese sauce. What in the world is that? This was not edible unfortunately.

Order was wrong when I was telling them. Showed them the receipt. They then asked me what went on it !!
Not mention half order was missing. Kidding me ., manager sat in office when obviously he needed be with crew. They entire lobby was filthy just not dirty but disgusting.
What had happened to this place.

Lots of employees standing around doing nothing. The place was filthy, dirty tables and floors. The coke was watered down and nasty. Our order was not right told the manager she said she would remake it then proceeded to go to her car and sit there. We were never given our correct order. Complete waste of money. I will never return to this location. The manager needs to be fired.

Went inside to pick up my order and couldn't find anyone at thw counter and my order not at the pickup, I waited some time and gave up and decided to try to drive thru, I ended waiting nearly 45 for my soft taco in the drive thru
