It is one of the slower locations I've visited and would definitely find it hard to consider it fast-food. Ivenalso had the issue of having one or more of my ordered items being incorrectly prepared or outright missing fein my order during my last several visits over the last couple of months.

Ordered online and waited 20 minutes before heading to the store just to wait another 30 for anyone to even acknowledge that I was even in the lobby. Just for them to not even be able to find my order. They waited on just the drive-thru orders.

We got the wrong food, turned it in and watched them give it to the customer it belonged to out the window. That should never happen!!! Had to wait additional 30 mins for nuggets and fries. Fries were cold and the wrong size ordered and nuggets were good. Sauces are way too spicy, for those who enjoy a milder heat.

Wish there was an option to leave a zero star review because I totally would or maybe even negative one. First off this tostada is not even a tostada missing toppings What the hell is beans and red sauce on a tortilla shell I can make that at home. And my stacker is burnt to Crisp and it's missing something because it doesn't taste right. Will not ever be returning to this Taco Bell again. No matter how desperate for hunger cravings I am. No thank you. Y'all suck I would suggest maybe fixing your issues cuz it looks like a lot of other people have the same issues that I did ordering. This was a pickup order.

I did an online order and the drive-thru was long so I went in to pick it up parked in the curbside spot and they locked the doors so you can't even go in to get your order. You go to call. It says line everyone's busy so you can't even call. This place is a joke today. Especially when you come here on your lunch break and have a mobile order but still have to wait in a freaking line. It's a load of crap
