I always get the Baja chicken wrap and it’s always cut in half and delicious. I went today and I ordered the same thing I always do which is the Baja chicken wrap and a blimey limey smoothie the smoothie was delicious but the wrap is awful it was not cut in half I asked for no black beans and there are several black beans and all I could taste was the onion, a little bit of rice, and lettuce there was no chicken until the very end of the wrap disappointed to say the least.

We had friends from Germany stay with us for two weeks and they were getting tired of fast food and Southern cooking. I’d never been to Tropical Smoothie but had heard good things. Our friends loved the food! Everything was fresh and delicious. The store was bright and clean. The manager (Cat?) was very friendly and helpful in picking out our orders. We will definitely go back!

Depending on the day and who's on duty determines the quality of service. Some helpers are accurate and on the ball; others are apathetic and aloof... unengaged. Hopefully they can standardize the quality of staffing. Food pretty good. Atmosphere depends who is on duty. It's up and down.

I have ordered several bowls and I have had a good experience with them but not today. Today my bowl was barely full and melted.( I got the acai bowl.) I ordered online for pickup and the website was slow and messed up several times before I got my order in. Staff never acknowledged me when I walked in to pick up. For the price of this bowl it should be very full and semi frozen so it lasts. Not melted flavor water with saugy fruit. Very little fruit as well. Today it was just terrible
Smoothies are great. Definitely on the slower side of service. Drive Thru takes a long time. Like 10-15 mins.

Ordered online in order to eliminate long wait but the drive thru traps you and it takes entirely too long!! Took 20 minutes. Food is good and smoothie prices are fair. The team member at the drive-thru was very friendly!

Tropical Smoothies Cafe have wonderful Food and Drinks there. Everyone there are very nice and Friendly People. Employees and Managers are wonderful workers there. Their Services are really great and wonderful.

Waited in drive thru 10 minutes for one drink while three female employees talked in the back. One guy working counter. What seemed like a shift manager was there watching me through the window and never came to check while I was waiting.
