Forgot our smoothie and had to wait for it. Coke Zero was super flat. And I barely got any salsa. And our turkey bacon ranch had chicken instead of turkey. Not happy at all for almost $30 bucks

Sat in drive thru for over 10 mins at 4:30 pm. Was only the 3rd car back. Ordered Cranberry Mai Tai Smoothie(online only) and it's GOOD! I would suggest nixing the cinnamon though.

I love the Bahama Mama with added protein. I like some of the others but this has become a favorite. I stop by every Monday. 😍

The smoothies are awesome, it’s the service that’s the problem. If you go here before work in the mornings make sure you have at least 20-30 mins to spare or you will be late. I’ve had to leave twice now due to the excessive wait in the drive thru.

We had friends from Germany stay with us for two weeks and they were getting tired of fast food and Southern cooking. I’d never been to Tropical Smoothie but had heard good things. Our friends loved the food! Everything was fresh and delicious. The store was bright and clean. The manager (Cat?) was very friendly and helpful in picking out our orders. We will definitely go back!

I paid 10$ for a mixed berry bowl. It was terrible. Barely anything in it and barely filled half of the bowl. There was a sprinkle of honey and hardly nothing else. For that price it should be filled all the way to the top. It's literally yogurt with fruit and toppings. Except my toppings were almost nothing. And it had a piece of lettuce in it! Not a happy customer.

Made to order, so it takes a little time, so be prepared. Order in the app is probably the way to go. Sandwich was good, sweet potatoes were so-so (not likely to order again).

About two days ago I ordered a smoothie from here. All I got was a nasty attitude when I explained how I wanted my smoothie, the smoothies are always good but the customer service is lacking.

Last time there the server was extremely rude and unfriendly. She acted as if it was a chore to serve us. She was rude and apparently wanted to be somewhere else besides making our smoothie.Complained to manager, who was also apathetic.Will patronize the store on Frederica Street. This outlet is pathetic because the help is so hostile. She didn't even say thanks when we paid for our order. How rude and shameful response by the manager. Store may need a staffing overhaul.

Worst experience ever today. They were busy which is understandable. We did an online order and our food was out fast. When about 10 more minutes had passed I asked about our smoothies and she said oh I still have to make them. They finally brought out three of the four. I told her which one we were missing and she said ok. We heard the manager in the back screaming at the employees. Meanwhile I had to go up AGAIN after another 20 minutes and told another girl we had been there an hour and still missing a smoothie. Terrible service.

The manager was amazing, but Erin was absolutely not. Argued with me about a sandwich she made wrong twice. She got smart saying that I was mad she made it right so I left the sandwich that she made wrong in front of her. Overall if I could give the manger 5 stars and Erin a 0 I would, but you can’t review twice unfortunately.
