My granddaughter’s were in there a couple of days ago, and an employee proceeded to tell my granddaughter that she was too skinny to be getting a small drink. She then proceeded to harass my granddaughter into getting a large because she was too skinny, and then said to other coworkers that she just convinced that skinny girl to get a large. This was very triggering to her because she has been in and out of hospitals due to her eating problems. my granddaughters called last night to complain about their experience. The female manager on shift was very kind, told them she knew exactly who they were talking about, and said they could come at night and she would take care of them with a free meal. They came down tonight (8pm) and were met with a rude male manager, saying that that was untrue and nobody on their staff would say anything of the sort to them, which is totally untrue because it happened and it is true! After he was rude to them two people (I assume his friend's) came in and he practically jumped for joy and even came around the corner. I believe the first employee‘s name was Mary? and I don’t have any clue what the Male manager‘s name was, but I will never be coming back and giving my business to this rude establishment ever ever again!!for claiming my granddaughters were liars.

Hit and miss, but more hit. Chicken entrees usually take a few minutes because they drop them to order, except nuggets. The chili is always good. It caused well with my Ranch Asiago Chicken. Go. It's fine.

This is a wonderful place to come eat. The employees are very nice and courteous, friendly with smiles every time I visit there. I come here almost on a daily basis. Stop in and give them a try. Best Wendy's in the tri-state area.
We waited 25 minutes for our food, with no communication as to why. They were drastically under staffed, and they seemed more concerned about the drive thru than the walk in customers.

Had to wait 5 minutes for someone to take my order. They were busy in the back making salads. The lady at the drive thru and assembling the food both saw me but never even acknowledged me. They continued to take drive thru orders. The lady making salads brought a stack of salads to the lady making sandwiches, still not acknowledging me. Finally cast a glare at the lady in the drive thru and she hollered for the lady making salads. Got my order and this is how it was prepared, half ass on a tortilla that was falling apart. Thanks Wendy's I feel so valued.

Was still given cold burgers. Im livid. Then I call and the manager said im so sorry. I said why did u tell me u was giving me fresh food. And still didnt. Well u shouldn't be giving out not fresh food to ppl. I will be calling to throw a fit tk the general manager
